It's about lifestyle changes I've been using Gainful since February 2022. I would highly recommend. It does not have a chalky taste, and mixes well with my almond milk. I have a shake mixed with Gainful's fiber and collagen every morning to start my day and it keeps me full until lunch. After lunch a strawberry lemonade hydration pack to prepare me for that evenings workout. Even with the caffeine level I don't feel jittery, just energized. Combine Gainful with proper diet and exercise, I've lost 48lbs since I started Gainful.

Amazing products!!! INCREDIBLE products! It’s difficult to find delicious, clean, plant-based protein options in my area. I love that flavors can be switched up with each new drink! Love the products and people working there! I've never found other protein powder mixes particularly tasty, but everything I've tried at Gainful has been delicious and smooth. I enjoy the subtle flavor of the mixes alone as they are (usually with soy or coconut milk), but sometimes like to play with a flavor boost. I also have a sensitive gut and I'm very pleased this does not upset it. The folks at Gainful are also super friendly and helpful! Very, very happy with my experience.
