GBI love the ability to customize the size of the flavor boosts. I love the ability to customize the flavors. I get sick of having to stick to a whole canister of one flavor so the flavors boosts are genius. The unflavored powder also allows me to sneak protein into a lot of other foods. I tend to use 2 flavor boosts per shake but I also use about 1.5-2 scoops of protein. Maybe creating an XL flavor boost with double the powder could be an idea for those of us that go big with our shakes! Or little cannisters with their own scoop.

GBNot your AVERAGE protein powder I haven’t even RECIEVED my protein powder yet but I’m throughly impressed by the attention given to their customers. It’s a whole different experience than just buying any brand protein powder GAINFUL reached out to me to let me know they have dietician’s to assist me with questions over diet or exercise going forward this is on top of custom preparing your own protein powder. I really can’t wait to get my protein. Thank you again Gainful

GB"I went from being a D-1 athlete (6+… "I went from being a D-1 athlete (6+ hrs of physical activity a day) to starting veterinary school this year (15+ hours of studying a day, only really having 1.5 hrs to workout). This change made it a struggle to meet my strength goals AND have the mental energy to stay focused all day, UNTIL I started using this brand. My energy levels and recovery are the best they've ever been!"

GB2 stars because at the end of the day… 2 stars because at the end of the day it’s tasty protein powder, it’s the company I have issue with. I subscribed to this program without doing the math per serving. It’s about double the cost to a comparable powder like the Transparent Labs Whey. The email campaign is brutal, I don’t need 13 email in 9 days, I just want to take my protein and be left alone. It just ended up being too irritating to continue using so I moved on.

GBSham Decent tasting, fine product. Absolutely not actually personalized. The "quiz" gathers extremely base information about you and your diet, along with a couple questions about your goals. But in the end, you get one of just a few pre-made blends of supplements. There's no semblance of biometric personalization or any other science to it. It really is "what protein can you ingest? Plant or animal?" Honestly, if you already know the answer to this, you don't need this service in the least. Zero percent worth the cost. Save yourself time and money and just go buy protein mix from your local grocery store.
