Sham Decent tasting, fine product. Absolutely not actually personalized. The "quiz" gathers extremely base information about you and your diet, along with a couple questions about your goals. But in the end, you get one of just a few pre-made blends of supplements. There's no semblance of biometric personalization or any other science to it. It really is "what protein can you ingest? Plant or animal?" Honestly, if you already know the answer to this, you don't need this service in the least. Zero percent worth the cost. Save yourself time and money and just go buy protein mix from your local grocery store.

The pre-workout has no crash… The pre-workout has no crash and provides a lot of energy and the beta-A tingle is sufficient. I opted out of creatine in my pre-workout and just ordered their creatine and I add it to my protein shakes and pre-workout and it works perfect. The protein powder is the only protein shake I’ve ever tasted that isn’t chalky or just gross. Cookies and cream and cinnamon toast are the flavors I got and they taste amazing with 8oz of water (no more than 8oz or it is too watered down). Overall 5 stars and well worth the purchase!

Love it and the team Gainful is the first and only supplement I've ever tried because I started working out 5 days a week. I enjoy the protein powder after a workout! The team is also super great. Obsessed with their hydration product I ordered the lemon lime hydration product and it's my new favorite way to hydrate. I wasn't drinking enough water throughout my day, because frankly, I think water alone is boring. The lemon line flavoring was super good and I've probably doubled my daily water intake since purchasing from Gainful. Highly recommend!
