She took it upon herself to verify specs from previous orders to ensure consistency and updated those specs I got wrong. She communicated with engineers to make sure my specs for signs not produced before were doable and if not, she adjusted them accordingly. She made sure the quote was updated as changes were made and kept me in the loop along the way. She knew I was stressed about getting it into production, so every chance she got, she either said something or emailed me something to make me laugh. The signs will ship December 31 and all is good in the world. Thank you Louise for all of your hard work! I told you I would hug you if I could, so consider yourself hugged!!

the quote took too long to get.- poor shop drawings the quote took too long to get. then the shop drawings had to go back several times for corrections. i do not believe the staff review their work before sending out the shop drawings.
