Louise Vallone is my hero Louise Vallone is my hero! She worked on a time sensitive project for me that required a lot of communication via email and over the phone. She took it upon herself to verify specs from previous orders to ensure consistency and updated those specs I got wrong. She communicated with engineers to make sure my specs for signs not produced before were doable and if not, she adjusted them accordingly. She made sure the quote was updated as changes were made and kept me in the loop along the way. She knew I was stressed about getting it into production, so every chance she got, she either said something or emailed me something to make me laugh. The signs will ship December 31 and all is good in the world. Thank you Louise for all of your hard work! I told you I would hug you if I could, so consider yourself hugged!!

A+ recommendation Identity Group have been wonderful to work with over the past 15 years that I have been working with them. They are efficient, responsive to your needs and very flexible. There customer service is great !

Their pricing seems to be totally arbitrary Their pricing seems to be totally arbitrary, and their communication is slow. I like the wayfinding, but everything else has been hard to deal with. We are on our 4th project and will be utlilizing a different vendor.
