GBThe plugs are useless The plugs are useless. I have had 7 now that start clicking and do not switch on or off the electrical power. They have swapped them but this pair are out of warranty so I am now on the last one. They need to get their act together.

GBDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Shocking if I could give it no stars I would Absolutely shocking, the cameras don’t work properly half the time, it’s either the sound not working, you can’t use the talk feature because it messes with the camera, half the time the camera is down and not working anyway. The customer service is shocking they actually don’t care will just tell you to reset the thing a thousand times and even after replacing the camera it is still just shocking. The camera needs an update and it physically won’t let me update it just keeps saying unsuccessful. Absolutely awful camera not worth a single penny I spent on it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

GBUnreliable connection and camera Unreliable connection and camera. I experienced many issues with the device and it was a lengthy procedure to find a resolution with the customer service team. They wouldn't give me a refund, only a replacement, which is just as glitchy, so I'm having to buy a new monitor from a different company out of pocket in order to have a reliable view of my baby. The nooie customer service team asked that I leave a positive review in return for free cloud subscription, so beware of fake, orchestrated reviews.
