The plugs are useless The plugs are useless. I have had 7 now that start clicking and do not switch on or off the electrical power. They have swapped them but this pair are out of warranty so I am now on the last one. They need to get their act together.

Unreliable connection and camera Unreliable connection and camera. I experienced many issues with the device and it was a lengthy procedure to find a resolution with the customer service team. They wouldn't give me a refund, only a replacement, which is just as glitchy, so I'm having to buy a new monitor from a different company out of pocket in order to have a reliable view of my baby. The nooie customer service team asked that I leave a positive review in return for free cloud subscription, so beware of fake, orchestrated reviews.

5 star service As promised a five star review I did leave a bad as custom service was very very slow and told me to try things I've already done I think it was a faulty camera now all resolved 5 star service

Piece of crap Piece of crap. Only works when it wants to. No good for home security or baby monitoring as it's unreliable. Re nooie indoor 360 camera.
