The customer service is great The customer service is great. I have never purchased a product from a company that cares so much about their customers and their products. I purchased the Hudway Drive with the side and rear camera system. It took some time to receive my product, but Hudway kept me informed about any production delays. I am pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to make another purchase from this company

I still use Hudway after moving to a more advanced car. I have been using my Hudway for a few years now. I have switched cars since I've the device. I went from a car that never really did well with emails and I was unable to get them announced when they arrived through the car. The Hudway was great as it showed the text. I purchased it mainly to interact with my entertainment system and texts notifications which it did wonderfully, and of course the HUD. I became addicted to the HUD. While my new car has Android Auto, so it takes care of all the notifications, maps, and such. I still like the ability to see directions and speed in the HUD, so I still use it. It no longer seems to work with the ODB, but since my new car has all that info built in, it's not as important. Great product, just needs some tweaks to keep up with new cars and changes in the ability to work with the changing interfaces.

The fantastic Team at HUDWAY! Most of all is the team at HUDWAY, especially Polly! Professional, friendly, and always there to help. What is also important is they always have this amazing attitude of wanting to fix an issue. I purchased the HUDWAY DRIVE, THE SIDE AND REAR CAMERA KIT. I got this for my son’s car and it works perfectly. Since my son’s Hyundai i30 was already equiped with a rear camera, we installed the camera as a front camera. He now has “eyes” all around. It certainly has enhanced road safety for him by increasing his SA( situational awareness!) The Hudway drive and cameras work beautifully, clear and very reliable. It’s completely hands free with messages being displayed momentarily on the HUD. I mark a company by its attitude. The team at Hudway are to be saluted for their belief in their product and their devotion to its success. I have my support. Well done and all the very best! Thank you.

crap company this is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. ordered it over a year ago constantly delaying things saying Q1 then Q2 then Q3 and so on. there excuse never has answers and just says they're a start up company. well its a failed scam of a company and will be getting reported for their fraudulent behaviour. hope this company falls in a pit of fire and everyone involved goes bankrupt and homeless for stealing my money

Warning - Do not buy from Hudway The same as everyone else. Ordered in 2022 delivery delayed until late 2023 so order cancelled. Requested refund and nothing forthcoming after three months. Asked bank to initiate chargeback to reclaim funds and they get nowhere. This company is unethical and just ignore you. Do not buy Hudway, they do not deserve your business. I note their response but the reality is that they never refunded any money despite providing ‘additional’ information. My bank took the loss and refunded me. My opinion of this company hasn’t changed. You pay for their products upfront and take a risk, their lead times remain horrendous.
