At times I have been so angry I couldn't see straight but I have come to believe that the company leaders ARE doing everything they can to make a good product and take care of their customers. By the way, the product is really great. I use it every day and when I'm driving a different car, I miss my HUD.

The customer service is great The customer service is great. I have never purchased a product from a company that cares so much about their customers and their products. I purchased the Hudway Drive with the side and rear camera system. It took some time to receive my product, but Hudway kept me informed about any production delays. I am pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to make another purchase from this company

Great Service Hudway ran into problems like almost every company during the chip shortage. However, they made sure I was taken care of and that I felt appreciated. I highly recommend Hudway. They are a great company with a terrific device

Ordered in August 23 still no sign of… Ordered in August 23 still no sign of any shipment after reading all these negative reviews I realise I've been had to the tune of well over 500 Australian Dollars, if it's not here by the end of April I'm going to take it up with PayPal who apparently have them on a blacklist! Shame looks a great product but it seems it's a total scam, I've only been waiting 6 months most have been waiting years, I've totally lost confidence after reading all these terrible reviews!
