Great Service Hudway ran into problems like almost every company during the chip shortage. However, they made sure I was taken care of and that I felt appreciated. I highly recommend Hudway. They are a great company with a terrific device

It's been a difficult journey with… It's been a difficult journey with Hudway. At times I have been so angry I couldn't see straight but I have come to believe that the company leaders ARE doing everything they can to make a good product and take care of their customers. By the way, the product is really great. I use it every day and when I'm driving a different car, I miss my HUD.

crap company this is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. ordered it over a year ago constantly delaying things saying Q1 then Q2 then Q3 and so on. there excuse never has answers and just says they're a start up company. well its a failed scam of a company and will be getting reported for their fraudulent behaviour. hope this company falls in a pit of fire and everyone involved goes bankrupt and homeless for stealing my money

Same story as everyone else here Same story as everyone else here. Ordered in November 2022 and still waiting.... Have been asking for a refund for months and they are simply not processing them. Have complained to Better Business Bureau and will keep complaining online so others don't get scammed too. Scam scam scam
