GBDO NOT BUY from this company!!!!! Like the others stated ~ RUN from this company. Received a light. Horrible quality. Tried immediately to return. As others have said, they won't respond to any communication. Now have sent 3 emails, and left 1 message. When trying to return to fill out some form, you only get an email address to write to. I'm going to contact my credit card company and the BBB.

GBDon't spend your money at Modrngy.com! I bought a fancy kitchen island light from Modrngy.com and I regret it. The canopy was only maybe 2" wide which was not enough to cover an 8B octagon electric box. When I contacted Modrngy they told me they could send a trim plate, but I wasn't interested in that route. Getting approved for a return was a pain, I had to pay a $40 dollar restocking fee, I had to pay for my own return shipping and I am currently STILL waiting for my money back and they have had the light back in their possession for 11 days now. My advice, don't shop here. I actually found a much nicer and higher quality kitchen Island light from Walmart.com of all places.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I bought a $460 pendant light and they sent the pendant wired together with the wrong ceiling piece. So it is a totally useless item. Many many attempts to contact them (phone, vm, email, chat) went no where. No one ever responds.

GBThe only reason this isn't a 1-star is… The only reason this isn't a 1-star is because our initial product did arrive. I was pleasantly surprised since I'd heard of a terrible experience a co-worker of mine had with the company. Then, when a follow-up order was placed (directly with a rep over the chat - more great experience!), they assured me since it was just an install accessory, it would ship the next day and take 2-3 business days. It has now been 2 weeks and I cannot get a hold of anyone via chat, email, or calls/VM to ask when the order will arrive. I tracked it, and like many other reviewers, it says that the order was processed but not shipped. I feel like I'm going crazy trying to get them to respond.
