GBDamaged product - no refund Order was dropped at my door, when no one was home, damaged. I’ve tried for weeks to return it to get a refund, and have been told a few times that they would send one, but have never received it. I was more than patient overt the holidays, but am now feeling very ripped off. This is after it took weeks to ship. It took so long to arrive, with no shipping update, that I had ordered a charge back with my bank. Then cancelled it when it arrived, just to then discover that the item was damaged. Now Modrngy has my money and I have a broken light and they do not do anything to help resolve it.

GBDO NOT BUY from this company!!!!! Like the others stated ~ RUN from this company. Received a light. Horrible quality. Tried immediately to return. As others have said, they won't respond to any communication. Now have sent 3 emails, and left 1 message. When trying to return to fill out some form, you only get an email address to write to. I'm going to contact my credit card company and the BBB.

GBAmazing Customer Support with Order I just bought new Wabi Sabi lights for a restaurant I am opening from Modrngy and my experience has been amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that my order arrived on time. Their customer service team kept me in the loop with any progress. Looking forward to purchasing from Modrngy again.

GBProduct never arrived Product never arrived. Label created but never shipped. So for me you are a spam! Collect the money, create a shipping label and then nothing!! Communications is poor that basically whom answers doesn’t know nothing!

GBReceived a pendant light which was not… Received a pendant light which was not as we expected. Created a return request which was accepted by the site. Had to pay for return shipping charges around 50$. We never received the refund nor do they respond to emails or calls. Horrible experience overall, please stay away from them
