Support Not Existed Bought elgato HD60 S+ but I receved a faulty one. I tried all the instructions given but no luck. I had the HD60 so I guess there is no much setup difference apart from the software. S+ required 4K Capture. I contacted them but they just ignoring you. So will not buy again. Worst App Worst App. They created new version of wave link which messed up everything, Their audio source is crashing OBS and interfering Better buy 10$ headphones than this crap! Spent more than 1k$ in whole set up. Never gonna buy again their product.

Ridiculous! No shipping updates, order cancelled upon inquiry! Ridiculous. I ordered a webcam from this site almost 2 weeks ago and my order details showed it was still processing. I contacted the customer support only for them to tell me they don't ship to APO but they had it as a clear option when ordering. There were no updates at all and i was expecting it to arrive very soon for a livestream. After my inquiry the order was cancelled and they insulted me with a 15% discount. Horrible experience.

Successful digitisation of VHS tapes with Elgato Video Capture dongle I bought an Elgato Video Capture dongle from PLI Computers in Melbourne Australia and it has worked really well. I was able to copy all my VHS tapes over to my laptop without any issues at all. Loading the software was a bit cumbersome but once it was on the laptop it was literally plug and play. Well worth the money.
