Ridiculous! No shipping updates, order cancelled upon inquiry! Ridiculous. I ordered a webcam from this site almost 2 weeks ago and my order details showed it was still processing. I contacted the customer support only for them to tell me they don't ship to APO but they had it as a clear option when ordering. There were no updates at all and i was expecting it to arrive very soon for a livestream. After my inquiry the order was cancelled and they insulted me with a 15% discount. Horrible experience.

Awful Customer Service Awful Customer Service. Ordered something weeks ago. It has not shipped, they do not respond to emails, and when you call them, you get placed on hold for 30 minutes, before it tells you nobody is available and drops the call.

Shocking customer service Shocking customer service, 2-3 days for a reply is ridiculous. Do not buy anything from them outside of amazon or paypal.

There is no customer service There is no customer service. The product is outdated, issues have been identified for years and nothing has been done to resolve them. The Camlink 4K is an overpriced piece of obsolete rubbish. Buy a $10 HDMI capture card from amazon and it will be a much nicer experience.

Such a pain in the a-se! Video capture: When it works it's great, but often for no reason there's just 'no signal' and only sound. Closing everything down might get it working again, but when one VHS tape gives 'no signal' (no picture) then this carries over to other videos as well so you don't know what videos are good and what are bad. For the cost of this product it needs some serious sorting out and debugging.
