DKThese products just work! I've bought both the Elgato Turbo.264 HD and the EyeTV Hybrid (analog, DVB-C/T tuner). It is so easy to get started with and the tv software delivers a better image than my STB. The converter works just as well, and the whole integration with iTunes is just awesome. I can fast and easily record tv, automatically encode and export to iTunes which then synchronizes with my AppleTV. The EyeTV App for the iPhone works just as great! Bottomline is .. These products rock!

GBGreat experience with Elgato Great experience with Elgato. Purchased a 4k Capture Card from Currys and somehow, the USB connector became bent. I went straight to Elgato, who arranged for a return and replacement. Above and beyond what I expected from them in all honesty. The product is great too. Thanks guys!

GBRidiculous! No shipping updates, order cancelled upon inquiry! Ridiculous. I ordered a webcam from this site almost 2 weeks ago and my order details showed it was still processing. I contacted the customer support only for them to tell me they don't ship to APO but they had it as a clear option when ordering. There were no updates at all and i was expecting it to arrive very soon for a livestream. After my inquiry the order was cancelled and they insulted me with a 15% discount. Horrible experience.

GBBought elgato video capture and it wasn’t plug n play.( FOR ME. ) Bought elgato video capture and it refused to work on my older Mac , and a iPad , the latter one only a few months old. Hmmm Operator error ?? Finally download a version of the required software onto a much newer OS version .. I think Website seems to have a lot of beta stuff, and clunky pop ups, confusing.. So, not for me in the end, which is a shame, expensive , didn’t work for me, sent back, time …. And move on😄

GBI bought the El Gato Video Capture less… I bought the El Gato Video Capture less than a year ago used it about 3 times and it stopped working. I contacted customer support and for 89.00 they have been giving me the run around for over a month. I have complied with their 10-step analysis process to see what is wrong with the software and to this date, there is no resolution. This is the worst case of customer service I have ever had—no offer to replace it with a new product or refund. Just email after email and it seems like Im communicating with a Bot half the time. They just want me to give up to wipe me off the list. The product was a huge waste of money and time. Also when you call the customer service number no one ever picks up.
