These products just work! I've bought both the Elgato Turbo.264 HD and the EyeTV Hybrid (analog, DVB-C/T tuner). It is so easy to get started with and the tv software delivers a better image than my STB. The converter works just as well, and the whole integration with iTunes is just awesome. I can fast and easily record tv, automatically encode and export to iTunes which then synchronizes with my AppleTV. The EyeTV App for the iPhone works just as great! Bottomline is .. These products rock!

Awful Customer Service Awful Customer Service. Ordered something weeks ago. It has not shipped, they do not respond to emails, and when you call them, you get placed on hold for 30 minutes, before it tells you nobody is available and drops the call.

Support Not Existed Bought elgato HD60 S+ but I receved a faulty one. I tried all the instructions given but no luck. I had the HD60 so I guess there is no much setup difference apart from the software. S+ required 4K Capture. I contacted them but they just ignoring you. So will not buy again. Successful digitisation of VHS tapes with Elgato Video Capture dongle I bought an Elgato Video Capture dongle from PLI Computers in Melbourne Australia and it has worked really well. I was able to copy all my VHS tapes over to my laptop without any issues at all. Loading the software was a bit cumbersome but once it was on the laptop it was literally plug and play. Well worth the money.

Worst App Worst App. They created new version of wave link which messed up everything, Their audio source is crashing OBS and interfering Better buy 10$ headphones than this crap! Spent more than 1k$ in whole set up. Never gonna buy again their product.
