Warranty is not covered if you buy from 3rd party I have my card under warranty 4k60 s+ i bought it from ebay and power adapter was lost I wanted to buy a new power adapter but the support said its only covered under warranty and they dont sell it so far so good later i was informed that my card is under warranty but due to me buying it from 3rd party they said they cant replace it and they cant sell me a new power adpater not just a bad company but bad service too worst of the worst out there i regret buying it PS it took them 14 days to inform me the result

Revieved damaged product I bought a HD60 S capture card, and when i got the box it was broken from water damage, and the card itself was fully openable into the motherboard. Not a great experience from Elgato, and they have not answered my refund request yet after a week...

YOU SCUMBACK🤬🤬🤬 I bought an Elgato HD60S for 220 dollars in 2019 september of 2019 but startet to activley use it in the end of 2019 or start of 2020. But after nearly 2 years later my elgato startet do this thing where it loses audio during a stream/recording if you want to get a good capture card go for hdmi video capture/USB capture cards instead they're cheaper and just as good as an elgato.
