Great experience with Elgato Great experience with Elgato. Purchased a 4k Capture Card from Currys and somehow, the USB connector became bent. I went straight to Elgato, who arranged for a return and replacement. Above and beyond what I expected from them in all honesty. The product is great too. Thanks guys!

Revieved damaged product I bought a HD60 S capture card, and when i got the box it was broken from water damage, and the card itself was fully openable into the motherboard. Not a great experience from Elgato, and they have not answered my refund request yet after a week...

Successful digitisation of VHS tapes with Elgato Video Capture dongle I bought an Elgato Video Capture dongle from PLI Computers in Melbourne Australia and it has worked really well. I was able to copy all my VHS tapes over to my laptop without any issues at all. Loading the software was a bit cumbersome but once it was on the laptop it was literally plug and play. Well worth the money.

Warranty is not covered if you buy from 3rd party I have my card under warranty 4k60 s+ i bought it from ebay and power adapter was lost I wanted to buy a new power adapter but the support said its only covered under warranty and they dont sell it so far so good later i was informed that my card is under warranty but due to me buying it from 3rd party they said they cant replace it and they cant sell me a new power adpater not just a bad company but bad service too worst of the worst out there i regret buying it PS it took them 14 days to inform me the result

Would certainly recommend Elgato! I recently launched myself into the gaming live streaming and after reading reviews the Elgato capture cards were the way to go. They offer free software to stream and record your gameplay. Ive been using the capture card now for around 3 months with no issues and I contacted customer services once with a question and it was answered promptly and diligently.
