DKRevieved damaged product I bought a HD60 S capture card, and when i got the box it was broken from water damage, and the card itself was fully openable into the motherboard. Not a great experience from Elgato, and they have not answered my refund request yet after a week...

AUThere is no customer service There is no customer service. The product is outdated, issues have been identified for years and nothing has been done to resolve them. The Camlink 4K is an overpriced piece of obsolete rubbish. Buy a $10 HDMI capture card from amazon and it will be a much nicer experience.

GBAwful Customer Service Awful Customer Service. Ordered something weeks ago. It has not shipped, they do not respond to emails, and when you call them, you get placed on hold for 30 minutes, before it tells you nobody is available and drops the call.

GBWould certainly recommend Elgato! I recently launched myself into the gaming live streaming and after reading reviews the Elgato capture cards were the way to go. They offer free software to stream and record your gameplay. Ive been using the capture card now for around 3 months with no issues and I contacted customer services once with a question and it was answered promptly and diligently. I would recommend Elgato both for the hardware, software and customer service. Thank you for your products and for caring!
