NLStick drift After a couple months of use the right analog stick started to drift, making it unusable. There is a very limited warranty and a long waiting queue. Also you have to pay shipment yourself. I didnt buy any modification for the analog sticks, so i assume they use a bad batch of DS4's (because its cheaper for them ofc) to 'modify' and then sell it.

FRI tried to get a battlebeaver… I tried to get a battlebeaver controller and ordered from Canada, You pay your controller 250$, you pay 30$ for shipping, and wait a month. I then get a message saying my purchase couldn't get delivered because an outstanding charge of 61$ is needed to be payed for. That's VERY EXPENSIVE for a "quick pick" controller (350$) with all charges and fees included, and of course, they don't tell you this until you have to pay to receive your controller. And after you've already payed 250$. Last thing, if you want a refund, they will deduct a lot of money for the controller, and will deduce money for delivery, youll get about 60$ for a 300$ order. GB5 stars I’ve bought a few controllers with battle beaver. Yes the wait time is long but it’s well worth it, I’ll never use a different controller. Customer service replies to emails in a timely fashion. All around 10/10. Always recommend to a friend.

IETerrible Ordered a quick pick controller with a build time of 3-5 business days. Cancelled order as order couldn't be sent for delivery after 15 business days. Terrible company which didn't communicate delay. Incompetent customer service. Stay clear of this company.

GBCustom Quality Controllers All guidelines on what to expect and timeliness were clearly outlined, went with Battle Beaver after receiving a defective SCUF controller and have been extremely happy with my purchase. Endless customization options for my playstyle and superior quality. Been using it for a year now and it works amazing.
