GBI’ve bought a ps5 and ps4 controller in… I’ve bought a ps5 and ps4 controller in 2023 and they both broke within 3 months of having them and of course this horrible company doesn’t do anything about the issues bc there warranties are hot trash. I will NEVER buy another useless controller from these jokes of people. Biggest scam out there.

GBI bought two battle beaver controller… I bought two battle beaver controller for my ps5 & both of my controllers didn’t last for a year. The first controller I got one of the back buttons started not working & so I bought another one. My second one only lasted 2 months & the face button sometimes doesn’t work. My trigger buttons gets stuck & I got the mouse triggers. I really liked battle beaver because you can change the locations on the back buttons. Not all controller company’s have that. But now I have to search for another company that allows you to change the locations on your back button. I really hope battle beaver hires guy that actually know how to build these controller or at least take their time on building these controllers because these controllers are not cheap. But I was also shocked that battle beaver had 2.5 stars if I saw this earlier I would’ve never bought from this company.

FRI tried to get a battlebeaver… I tried to get a battlebeaver controller and ordered from Canada, You pay your controller 250$, you pay 30$ for shipping, and wait a month. I then get a message saying my purchase couldn't get delivered because an outstanding charge of 61$ is needed to be payed for. That's VERY EXPENSIVE for a "quick pick" controller (350$) with all charges and fees included, and of course, they don't tell you this until you have to pay to receive your controller. And after you've already payed 250$. Last thing, if you want a refund, they will deduct a lot of money for the controller, and will deduce money for delivery, youll get about 60$ for a 300$ order. GBI just paid £60 to send controller in… I just paid £60 to send controller in for repairs, sent it half way across the world, got it back after an entire month without the controller and it is still broken with the same issues. The issue was my L2 was broken. Sometime it would aim in and just not un aim and other times it wouldnt register any inputs whatsoever. The exact problem is still happening. What a JOKE!!!

CAWould rate zero if I could Would rate zero if I could. $400 controller started drifting after 4 months, no warranty, shipped me defective parts, charged me a fortune to ship it to Canada, haven't heard from them yet, but definitely not expecting them to do anything. That seems to be their style. Save your money buy 5 normal ps5 controllers and you'll be way happier, and also get a year warranty with each one.
