CAMoney pit with terrible customer service I bought a PS5 controller from them. Wildly expensive for just adding switches to the D-pad. I had to get it repaired after one of the buttons broke after 3 months (I did drop it to be fair, but I didn't throw it or anything, it just fell off my chair). I've sunk over $450 into this controller that had a very small modification. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Especially if in Canada.

IETerrible Ordered a quick pick controller with a build time of 3-5 business days. Cancelled order as order couldn't be sent for delivery after 15 business days. Terrible company which didn't communicate delay. Incompetent customer service. Stay clear of this company.

GBDo Not Buy - Disappointed Customer Bought a custom Xbox controller, left stick goes out after 3 months of play time. Sent controller back to them for repair which I had to pay for as their warranty is 60 days (At this time, could've changed by now). Received repaired controller only for a week later my left bumper stopped working. Their products are cheap quality that doesn't last. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them. There's a reason they send pro players 3-4 controllers at a time, because their products don't last and the pro player will need 3-4 controllers to make it through the year

GBThis company's customers service and… This company's customers service and return policy are absolutely terrible. I returned my fully functional device because I simply was not satisfied with the product. They refunded me 60 dollars less than what I paid for the controller. The buttons placed awkwardly on the back. I would never recommend this company to anyone EVER.

NLStick drift After a couple months of use the right analog stick started to drift, making it unusable. There is a very limited warranty and a long waiting queue. Also you have to pay shipment yourself. I didnt buy any modification for the analog sticks, so i assume they use a bad batch of DS4's (because its cheaper for them ofc) to 'modify' and then sell it.
