Garbage controller 300$ controller… Garbage controller 300$ controller doesn’t work so I pay 120$ to send back to get fixed and they send it back with the same issue never buy one

Terrible Ordered a quick pick controller with a build time of 3-5 business days. Cancelled order as order couldn't be sent for delivery after 15 business days. Terrible company which didn't communicate delay. Incompetent customer service. Stay clear of this company.

I’ve bought a ps5 and ps4 controller in… I’ve bought a ps5 and ps4 controller in 2023 and they both broke within 3 months of having them and of course this horrible company doesn’t do anything about the issues bc there warranties are hot trash. I will NEVER buy another useless controller from these jokes of people. Biggest scam out there.

I got my controller on 28th of November… I got my controller on 28th of November thought it was just my game not running correctly but it’s not! Left analog is sticking after only 8 weeks of having the controller. I’m a returning customer of 3 previous controllers just because I like how small the rear bumper are. Explains this on an email and never got a response They want me to pay for shipping and repairs on this controller which is a joke from BB. AVOID
