Anyone complaining about wait time it’s a small company that states it will take 8-10 weeks plus COVID effects so if your impatient go somewhere else but if you willing to wait for a top quality product with great features such as smart bumpers and triggers. Increased the stick tension and back buttons that can be placed in multiple different places on the back to cater for all hand sizes and comfortability. Overall amazing controller for any game type. I play Warzone and it’s fantastic and a much better choice than Xbox elite or scuf and other similar companies

AVOID BATTLE BEAVERS.. Break Easily, 3 Months Wait, and horrible Customer Service Horrible company. AVOID! Buy a Playstation Elite or SCUF. With Battle Beaver you will be faced with 3 month wait for delivery, rude customer service who make it known they really don't care about your custom and a controller that continuously stops working along with additional months wait for repairs. Honestly, do yourself a favour and AVOID Battle Beavers!

Stick drift After a couple months of use the right analog stick started to drift, making it unusable. There is a very limited warranty and a long waiting queue. Also you have to pay shipment yourself. I didnt buy any modification for the analog sticks, so i assume they use a bad batch of DS4's (because its cheaper for them ofc) to 'modify' and then sell it.

Would rate zero if I could Would rate zero if I could. $400 controller started drifting after 4 months, no warranty, shipped me defective parts, charged me a fortune to ship it to Canada, haven't heard from them yet, but definitely not expecting them to do anything. That seems to be their style. Save your money buy 5 normal ps5 controllers and you'll be way happier, and also get a year warranty with each one.

Money pit with terrible customer service I bought a PS5 controller from them. Wildly expensive for just adding switches to the D-pad. I had to get it repaired after one of the buttons broke after 3 months (I did drop it to be fair, but I didn't throw it or anything, it just fell off my chair). I've sunk over $450 into this controller that had a very small modification. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Especially if in Canada.
