I’ve bought a ps5 and ps4 controller in… I’ve bought a ps5 and ps4 controller in 2023 and they both broke within 3 months of having them and of course this horrible company doesn’t do anything about the issues bc there warranties are hot trash. I will NEVER buy another useless controller from these jokes of people. Biggest scam out there.

AVOID BATTLE BEAVERS.. Break Easily, 3 Months Wait, and horrible Customer Service Horrible company. AVOID! Buy a Playstation Elite or SCUF. With Battle Beaver you will be faced with 3 month wait for delivery, rude customer service who make it known they really don't care about your custom and a controller that continuously stops working along with additional months wait for repairs. Honestly, do yourself a favour and AVOID Battle Beavers!

Custom Quality Controllers All guidelines on what to expect and timeliness were clearly outlined, went with Battle Beaver after receiving a defective SCUF controller and have been extremely happy with my purchase. Endless customization options for my playstyle and superior quality. Been using it for a year now and it works amazing.

Stick drift After a couple months of use the right analog stick started to drift, making it unusable. There is a very limited warranty and a long waiting queue. Also you have to pay shipment yourself. I didnt buy any modification for the analog sticks, so i assume they use a bad batch of DS4's (because its cheaper for them ofc) to 'modify' and then sell it.

I got my controller on 28th of November… I got my controller on 28th of November thought it was just my game not running correctly but it’s not! Left analog is sticking after only 8 weeks of having the controller. I’m a returning customer of 3 previous controllers just because I like how small the rear bumper are. Explains this on an email and never got a response They want me to pay for shipping and repairs on this controller which is a joke from BB. AVOID
