I bought a controller on september 2023… I bought a controller on september 2023 with which i was very happy untill recently. The back button stopped functioning well and i reached out to Battle Beaver to get it fixed. I had to pay repair costs and shipping fee which would add up to ~€70 for a €110 controller. Very unfortunate to have to pay such costs for a controller which isn't even half a year old.

I’ve bought a ps5 and ps4 controller in… I’ve bought a ps5 and ps4 controller in 2023 and they both broke within 3 months of having them and of course this horrible company doesn’t do anything about the issues bc there warranties are hot trash. I will NEVER buy another useless controller from these jokes of people. Biggest scam out there.

I just paid £60 to send controller in… I just paid £60 to send controller in for repairs, sent it half way across the world, got it back after an entire month without the controller and it is still broken with the same issues. The issue was my L2 was broken. Sometime it would aim in and just not un aim and other times it wouldnt register any inputs whatsoever. The exact problem is still happening. What a JOKE!!!

Good controller with wide performance… Good controller with wide performance and asthetic modifications. Anyone complaining about wait time it’s a small company that states it will take 8-10 weeks plus COVID effects so if your impatient go somewhere else but if you willing to wait for a top quality product with great features such as smart bumpers and triggers. Increased the stick tension and back buttons that can be placed in multiple different places on the back to cater for all hand sizes and comfortability. Overall amazing controller for any game type. I play Warzone and it’s fantastic and a much better choice than Xbox elite or scuf and other similar companies
