GBI've brought 3 controllers from this… I've brought 3 controllers from this company and all three got really bad strick drift and one got drift within a month, not worth it and they have a crap 30 day warranty save your money

NLStick drift After a couple months of use the right analog stick started to drift, making it unusable. There is a very limited warranty and a long waiting queue. Also you have to pay shipment yourself. I didnt buy any modification for the analog sticks, so i assume they use a bad batch of DS4's (because its cheaper for them ofc) to 'modify' and then sell it.

GBGood controller with wide performance… Good controller with wide performance and asthetic modifications. Anyone complaining about wait time it’s a small company that states it will take 8-10 weeks plus COVID effects so if your impatient go somewhere else but if you willing to wait for a top quality product with great features such as smart bumpers and triggers. Increased the stick tension and back buttons that can be placed in multiple different places on the back to cater for all hand sizes and comfortability. Overall amazing controller for any game type. I play Warzone and it’s fantastic and a much better choice than Xbox elite or scuf and other similar companies

GBI've bought 2 controllers (ps5 and ps4)… I've bought 2 controllers (ps5 and ps4) from BB and both broke within a few weeks of use. I had the 30day warranty on one and the extended 120day warranty on the other. both had stick drift after about a month. Ps4 had a rear button and face button stop working all together and the Ps5 L2 smart trigger couldn't actuate. I had gently used the Ps5 controller over the first 2 months and finally sent it in to get fixed. The worst part of the whole experience was that in the 6 WEEKS it took to have the ps5 controller fixed the warranty was still being counted so when I got the controller back and the issue persisted after a little more than a week of play. I tried to get a full replacement and was denied because the 120day were up. Complete BS just bend me over next time you want to F me BBC.

FRI tried to get a battlebeaver… I tried to get a battlebeaver controller and ordered from Canada, You pay your controller 250$, you pay 30$ for shipping, and wait a month. I then get a message saying my purchase couldn't get delivered because an outstanding charge of 61$ is needed to be payed for. That's VERY EXPENSIVE for a "quick pick" controller (350$) with all charges and fees included, and of course, they don't tell you this until you have to pay to receive your controller. And after you've already payed 250$. Last thing, if you want a refund, they will deduct a lot of money for the controller, and will deduce money for delivery, youll get about 60$ for a 300$ order.
