CAMoney pit with terrible customer service I bought a PS5 controller from them. Wildly expensive for just adding switches to the D-pad. I had to get it repaired after one of the buttons broke after 3 months (I did drop it to be fair, but I didn't throw it or anything, it just fell off my chair). I've sunk over $450 into this controller that had a very small modification. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Especially if in Canada.

GBThis company's customers service and… This company's customers service and return policy are absolutely terrible. I returned my fully functional device because I simply was not satisfied with the product. They refunded me 60 dollars less than what I paid for the controller. The buttons placed awkwardly on the back. I would never recommend this company to anyone EVER.

NLI bought a controller on september 2023… I bought a controller on september 2023 with which i was very happy untill recently. The back button stopped functioning well and i reached out to Battle Beaver to get it fixed. I had to pay repair costs and shipping fee which would add up to ~€70 for a €110 controller. Very unfortunate to have to pay such costs for a controller which isn't even half a year old.

GBI've brought 3 controllers from this… I've brought 3 controllers from this company and all three got really bad strick drift and one got drift within a month, not worth it and they have a crap 30 day warranty save your money

NLStick drift After a couple months of use the right analog stick started to drift, making it unusable. There is a very limited warranty and a long waiting queue. Also you have to pay shipment yourself. I didnt buy any modification for the analog sticks, so i assume they use a bad batch of DS4's (because its cheaper for them ofc) to 'modify' and then sell it.
