It doesn’t retain its sharpness It doesn’t retain its sharpness, i had it two weeks and i can’t even slice a tomato without sharpening it on a steel

I’ve purchased several blades from… I’ve purchased several blades from Tokushu. When I first began looking into Japanese knives it can be very overwhelming.
