SMP Nutra have outstanding customer service, but what impressed me the most is everyone there is willing go above and beyond for you. They put their customers first, it's not all about profit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top notch quality products!

Wonderful Experience! Our experience with the entire SMP team has been wonderful. They helped bring our vision for our first product to life, and quickly! We were especially pleased with the work of their graphics team, specifically Karen Carrasco. Her ability to create unique labels and modify based on our feedback truly made this process fun and exciting. We are looking forward to creating additional products with SMP as our brand grows!

Terrible customer service. Waited 3 months for order and they ignore emails. Experience with the place has been the worst Ive ever experienced. They were not responsive at all for any inquiries, and I had to also reach out multiple times to different people to get an answer. Also, I ordered a product from them which they told me the lead time was 6-8 weeks and I waited over 3 months constantly asking for updates. Not only with the delay, but they sold me a product that they knew was going to get banned by the FDA, so I am stuck with a bunch of inventory which I cannot sell. They have terrible customer service. Its unfortunate because they do have great selections of products, but their customer service is terrible. They dont treat you or your business like a partnership at all. Go try working with another supplier and you’ll see the huge difference in customer service. Try out vox nutrition they are way better.

SMP offers great services that I have found very useful Getting everythign done with SMP for my supplements made it easy and did not break the bank for me. I make use of their extra services they provide like their marketing and their labeling they offer to make this so much easier for me and it has proven to be easier that way
