Our girl, being a rescue baby, suffers from many anxieties, so we decided that experience would not be an option. I couldn't put her through more trauma. Fortunately, I watched a positive Youtube video about Ortho Dog. Following their website instructions, I placed my order.The customer care I received from that moment on was the best I have ever received from any vendor, online or in person. I feel that they would still be there for me anytime going forward. I was even contacted to confirm her measurements, which I did not get correct. Sarah worked with me so the fit was great. Instruction for me to attain success was unlimited. It did take me a few trial and errors to get everything where it needed to be to give Bree the stability she needed. Sarah worked with me every step of the way. It was my learning curve, not the brace. Best decision ever to be a Ortho Dog client - forever grateful.

Life Saver! I have 12 1/2 year old labrodoodle who was diagnosed with hip displacia last spring. I ordered a ortho hip brace form this company. I was amazed at thw next day arrival of my orthodic brace for my dog. I applied it immediately. It is amazing! It has given my dog a stable gate and mire stablilty when walking, playing and usi g the steps. It is easy to apply, easy to wash, and very inexpensive. My dog is. Ot eligable for hip surgery so this orthodog hip brace literally saved his life!

Be very sure you are able to waste a… Be very sure you are able to waste a lot of money when it doesn’t fit properly. My dog is tall and thin (I wish I had seen some reviews here before buying) and even after watching all the videos multiple times, reading all the instructions over and over and sending pictures and emailing back and forth (customer service does try) I couldn’t get the brace to stop sliding down past his knee when my dog sat. I even took the brace to my vet - the technician had no luck, and the vet said the brace would work only for a limited range of dogs depending on body size and leg length. I had high hopes and gambled - and LOST. Be very, very sure before you take the chance.

Ordered hip hound brace - bad product, worse service Ordered hip hound brace, didn't fit despite following website measurement directions. Company gave me a really hard time and sent nasty email and only have me a partial refund after I filed a pay pal claim. Harness was flimsy and braces not supportive and wouldn't have helped even if they had one that fit.

They won't let you Return the item. We bought this for our dog. Unfortunately it does not work for him, he couldnt even get up wearing it. :( This doesnt help dogs with a weak back. Which is sad, but we can try something else. However, we are truly unhappy to realise that they do not let us return the item. We would not have been so brave to spend over 300 dollars to get this if we had realised it before purchasing. We absolutely feel stupid. I recommend not to buy it if you aren't certain it will work for your puppy. Absolutely Unhappy with ORTHODOG.
