GBPrice gouging I recently bought two extra part massagers for my bed. The last time I bought them in 2019, they cost $17. The ones I just bought cost $63 each. Even accounting for inflation, this is price gouging. I bought them because I had no other way to get them. The ones on eBay, Amazon, Temu, etc would t work.

GBDo Not Ever Buy Their Adjustable Bed Base from Sleep Number!!! Leggett & Platt has been a nightmare to work with. I bought their adjustable bed base through Sleep Number, but it doesn't work. They won't refund my money for a product that doesn't work, and getting multiple repairs has done absolutely nothing. I've spent hours on the phone with them (mostly on hold) and I was most recently told by Debbie, who was condescending and interrupted me repeatedly, that they have to replace the same part at least 3 times before they will even begin to consider replacing the base. Each repair takes weeks to happen and their technician won't call me to set up an appointment. I have to call L&P again and wait on hold for at least an hour to get the contact information for their technician so that I can call them and ask them to come and do the repair. We are out thousands of dollars for a piece of junk and useless customer service.

GBIf you need a part with for your Sleep… If you need a part with for your Sleep Number bed frame...good luck. We were on hold for an hour and they never picked up the phone. They only will help you if you are a company...not just a regular person.
