CAI'm EXCITED!!! I saw your offer to join Walking Diet. I've been a "walker" for years, but have quit for awhile now. I'm excited to begin this journey again - & try to lose some weight. I NEED some motivation - some encouragement. I AM finding it hard to access my Walking Diet. Can you help me - tell me how I can access it easier?

GBVery simple- at almost 80 years old I⦠Very simple- at almost 80 years old I am slow and steady- still walking around the neighborhood on sidewalks every other day- not ready for sprints. Watching meals. Mostly this program motivates me to be kind to myself and keep moving. When it snows soon, I have a hardly used treadmill that is beginning to look interesting. Thanks for the subtle motivation.

NZPerfect Plan The plans Walking Diet provide are excellent and well thought out. It covers not only helpful advice but also motivational quotes that push me to complete my walk. It also covers nutrition which is the main thing I struggle with when exercising. With the help of Walking Diet I've become so much healthier!

GBI like that the timer on the websiteβ¦ I like that the timer on the website doesnβt need cell service. I am cautious about doing the warm-up and cool-down exercises because I have a really bad back and there is no option in the on boarding to indicate back problems. The same goes for the exercises that are sent as an addition in a work out guide. Your company may want to look at incorporating QIGONG into the warm-ups it is far safer for the joints and it warms the body up.

GBMotivation after COVID 19 Since I contracted COVID 19 last year, my energy has been severely lacking. I signed up for your program and have been so motivated by your postings on walking. I no longer immediately go to the couch after I get out of bed. This program made me realize how much healthier I can become by doing something as easy as walking each day. Now I enjoy looking forward to the day and know that I can be successful one day at a time!
