GBFinally, a health improvement plan that I can stick with. The Walking Diet is the motivation that I have needed to begin the journey to improved health and fitness. I have completed the first week and am looking forward to the increased challenges as I progress. I truly believe that I will be able to meet my goals with this program

GBI am interested in learning to walk⦠I am interested in learning to walk again. I broke my knee and my knee has been stiff for so long. I have been through Physical Therapy and it helped but I am hoping to gain mobility and lose some weight in the process. Company emails are helpful so far in motivating me.

NZMove It Before You Lose It I am just beginning and will give the walking program my best shot. I am elderly - in my eighties - and find the warm up and stretching exercises particularly useful. Joints seize up with age and I find these exercises useful not only to prepare for walking but before my tennis days too.

GBOverall I am enjoying using the app Overall I am enjoying using the app. I find that it was a little confusing on how to keep track of each activity (having to press done for each activity). The app difficulty is that the app did not stay in position when I would hit done. Soooo, after several trials, I was able to grasp that I had to relocate the correct activity that I was on or that I wanted to move forward.

GBExcellent Personalized Walking Plan This app is a great way to keep track of both your calories and various workouts that have been pre planned for you. Your plan is specific and personalized to your goals and what you want to achieve. It is a great way to make sure you are staying on track and gives you motivation because you can look back and see what you have accomplished and how far you have come.
