I am really happy and looking forwardโ€ฆ I am really happy and looking forward to this journey. I could have benefited from some instructions for using the website and I am still familiarizing myself with which prompts need clicking. But I think itโ€™s a great idea for a wellness program and I look forward to learning more as I go.

Wishing the exercises were included inโ€ฆ Wishing the exercises were included in the price of the program (vs being extra add-on purchases). Or did I miss something? I have always enjoyed walking & look forward to boost my current walk schedule with your program. This is my first week. So far, so good.

Motivation after COVID 19 Since I contracted COVID 19 last year, my energy has been severely lacking. I signed up for your program and have been so motivated by your postings on walking. I no longer immediately go to the couch after I get out of bed. This program made me realize how much healthier I can become by doing something as easy as walking each day. Now I enjoy looking forward to the day and know that I can be successful one day at a time!
