NZMove It Before You Lose It I am just beginning and will give the walking program my best shot. I am elderly - in my eighties - and find the warm up and stretching exercises particularly useful. Joints seize up with age and I find these exercises useful not only to prepare for walking but before my tennis days too.

GBI am really happy and looking forwardβ¦ I am really happy and looking forward to this journey. I could have benefited from some instructions for using the website and I am still familiarizing myself with which prompts need clicking. But I think itβs a great idea for a wellness program and I look forward to learning more as I go.

CAI'm EXCITED!!! I saw your offer to join Walking Diet. I've been a "walker" for years, but have quit for awhile now. I'm excited to begin this journey again - & try to lose some weight. I NEED some motivation - some encouragement. I AM finding it hard to access my Walking Diet. Can you help me - tell me how I can access it easier?

GBVery simple- at almost 80 years old I⦠Very simple- at almost 80 years old I am slow and steady- still walking around the neighborhood on sidewalks every other day- not ready for sprints. Watching meals. Mostly this program motivates me to be kind to myself and keep moving. When it snows soon, I have a hardly used treadmill that is beginning to look interesting. Thanks for the subtle motivation.

GBThis is a scam This is a scam. The app is too simple, no value add at all. There are no instructions for cancellation. Iβm afraid Iβll bet another $30 charge next month.
