Just add a spot to add food intake and total calories instead of me writing it out then 5 stars all the way.

I could have benefited from some instructions for using the website and I am still familiarizing myself with which prompts need clicking. But I think it’s a great idea for a wellness program and I look forward to learning more as I go.

Finally, a health improvement plan that I can stick with. The Walking Diet is the motivation that I have needed to begin the journey to improved health and fitness. I have completed the first week and am looking forward to the increased challenges as I progress. I truly believe that I will be able to meet my goals with this program

Motivation after COVID 19 Since I contracted COVID 19 last year, my energy has been severely lacking. I signed up for your program and have been so motivated by your postings on walking. I no longer immediately go to the couch after I get out of bed. This program made me realize how much healthier I can become by doing something as easy as walking each day. Now I enjoy looking forward to the day and know that I can be successful one day at a time!

Asked for a refund within hours because there was no plan available, even after I stupidly paid! As a writing teacher, I can tell that even the reviews are fake - the same exact voice in every review. I put a stop-payment on my credit card, and this company is still stringing them along.
