I am really happy and looking forward… I am really happy and looking forward to this journey. I could have benefited from some instructions for using the website and I am still familiarizing myself with which prompts need clicking. But I think it’s a great idea for a wellness program and I look forward to learning more as I go.

Easy to follow on computer and my smart… Easy to follow on computer and my smart phone app. I can go back to edit if I missed a day. Different settings for beginners to expert walkers. Warm up and cool down exercises, food plan I can choose from with calories to lose weight or maintain it, tips for walking in different weather conditions. I'm very happy with product. Just add a spot to add food intake and total calories instead of me writing it out then 5 stars all the way.

Very simple- at almost 80 years old I… Very simple- at almost 80 years old I am slow and steady- still walking around the neighborhood on sidewalks every other day- not ready for sprints. Watching meals. Mostly this program motivates me to be kind to myself and keep moving. When it snows soon, I have a hardly used treadmill that is beginning to look interesting. Thanks for the subtle motivation.

I am interested in learning to walk… I am interested in learning to walk again. I broke my knee and my knee has been stiff for so long. I have been through Physical Therapy and it helped but I am hoping to gain mobility and lose some weight in the process. Company emails are helpful so far in motivating me.
