CAI'm EXCITED!!! I saw your offer to join Walking Diet. I've been a "walker" for years, but have quit for awhile now. I'm excited to begin this journey again - & try to lose some weight. I NEED some motivation - some encouragement. I AM finding it hard to access my Walking Diet. Can you help me - tell me how I can access it easier?

NZMove It Before You Lose It I am just beginning and will give the walking program my best shot. I am elderly - in my eighties - and find the warm up and stretching exercises particularly useful. Joints seize up with age and I find these exercises useful not only to prepare for walking but before my tennis days too.

CAEasy to follow on computer and my smart⦠Easy to follow on computer and my smart phone app. I can go back to edit if I missed a day. Different settings for beginners to expert walkers. Warm up and cool down exercises, food plan I can choose from with calories to lose weight or maintain it, tips for walking in different weather conditions. I'm very happy with product. Just add a spot to add food intake and total calories instead of me writing it out then 5 stars all the way.

GBJust starting I am trying the WalkingDiet program as a way to easily lose weight without attending meetings or buying special foods. So far I have found the introduction easy. The demonstration of the warm-up and cool-down exercises made starting easy. 20 minutes was easy on the treadmill.

GBMotivation after COVID 19 Since I contracted COVID 19 last year, my energy has been severely lacking. I signed up for your program and have been so motivated by your postings on walking. I no longer immediately go to the couch after I get out of bed. This program made me realize how much healthier I can become by doing something as easy as walking each day. Now I enjoy looking forward to the day and know that I can be successful one day at a time!
