GBMotivation after COVID 19 Since I contracted COVID 19 last year, my energy has been severely lacking. I signed up for your program and have been so motivated by your postings on walking. I no longer immediately go to the couch after I get out of bed. This program made me realize how much healthier I can become by doing something as easy as walking each day. GBI am really happy and looking forwardโฆ I am really happy and looking forward to this journey. I could have benefited from some instructions for using the website and I am still familiarizing myself with which prompts need clicking. But I think itโs a great idea for a wellness program and I look forward to learning more as I go.

CAEasy to follow on computer and my smartโฆ Easy to follow on computer and my smart phone app. I can go back to edit if I missed a day. Different settings for beginners to expert walkers. Warm up and cool down exercises, food plan I can choose from with calories to lose weight or maintain it, tips for walking in different weather conditions. I'm very happy with product. Just add a spot to add food intake and total calories instead of me writing it out then 5 stars all the way.
