NZMove It Before You Lose It I am just beginning and will give the walking program my best shot. I am elderly - in my eighties - and find the warm up and stretching exercises particularly useful. Joints seize up with age and I find these exercises useful not only to prepare for walking but before my tennis days too.

ZAMy journey towards a new life! The information on what exactly one must do on a daily basis, is awesome. I also like that my progress is tracked and saved every time. This focus and motivates me. I am still at the beginning of my walking diet but excited for the journey ahead. I think my cardiologist will be very surprised in June!

GBOverall I am enjoying using the app Overall I am enjoying using the app. I find that it was a little confusing on how to keep track of each activity (having to press done for each activity). The app difficulty is that the app did not stay in position when I would hit done. Soooo, after several trials, I was able to grasp that I had to relocate the correct activity that I was on or that I wanted to move forward.

Watching meals. Mostly this program motivates me to be kind to myself and keep moving. When it snows soon, I have a hardly used treadmill that is beginning to look interesting. Thanks for the subtle motivation.

CAI'm EXCITED!!! I saw your offer to join Walking Diet. I've been a "walker" for years, but have quit for awhile now. I'm excited to begin this journey again - & try to lose some weight. I NEED some motivation - some encouragement. I AM finding it hard to access my Walking Diet. Can you help me - tell me how I can access it easier?
