NZMove It Before You Lose It I am just beginning and will give the walking program my best shot. I am elderly - in my eighties - and find the warm up and stretching exercises particularly useful. Joints seize up with age and I find these exercises useful not only to prepare for walking but before my tennis days too.

GBThis is a SCAM, a FRAUD. Buyer beware. This is a scam, a fraud. Do NOT purchase! Email communications are non-existent. Contact is impossible. Asked for a refund within hours because there was no plan available, even after I stupidly paid! As a writing teacher, I can tell that even the reviews are fake - the same exact voice in every review. I put a stop-payment on my credit card, and this company is still stringing them along. Do NOT buy this!!!!

GBWishing the exercises were included inโฆ Wishing the exercises were included in the price of the program (vs being extra add-on purchases). Or did I miss something? I have always enjoyed walking & look forward to boost my current walk schedule with your program. This is my first week. So far, so good.

GBI like that the timer on the websiteโฆ I like that the timer on the website doesnโt need cell service. I am cautious about doing the warm-up and cool-down exercises because I have a really bad back and there is no option in the on boarding to indicate back problems. The same goes for the exercises that are sent as an addition in a work out guide. Your company may want to look at incorporating QIGONG into the warm-ups it is far safer for the joints and it warms the body up.

GBThis is a scam This is a scam. The app is too simple, no value add at all. There are no instructions for cancellation. Iโm afraid Iโll bet another $30 charge next month.
