USMotivation after COVID 19 Since I contracted COVID 19 last year, my energy has been severely lacking. I signed up for your program and have been so motivated by your postings on walking. I no longer immediately go to the couch after I get out of bed. This program made me realize how much healthier I can become by doing something as easy as walking each day. Now I enjoy looking forward to the day and know that I can be successful one day at a time!

USPromising app with room for improvement in user interface This is a nice little app, but it has some annoying bugs (I've been using laptop/web interface). It is not obvious that once you click the exercise button, THEN you will see instructions on what each exercise is. Also, if you click the "Done" buttons as you go along, and then try to hit the final "done" button there is an error. this is annoying because the final "done" button is the one that finalizes the count for the day and you don't get credit for doing the work otherwise. Only by looking up the error code on the internet did I realize it is caused by a timeout. So, backup, then click "done", "done", "done" and final "done" and that works. Please make timeout longer than 15 minutes or whatever it is currently.

ZAMy journey towards a new life! The information on what exactly one must do on a daily basis, is awesome. I also like that my progress is tracked and saved every time. This focus and motivates me. I am still at the beginning of my walking diet but excited for the journey ahead. I think my cardiologist will be very surprised in June!

USJust starting I am trying the WalkingDiet program as a way to easily lose weight without attending meetings or buying special foods. So far I have found the introduction easy. The demonstration of the warm-up and cool-down exercises made starting easy. 20 minutes was easy on the treadmill.

USVery simple- at almost 80 years old I⦠Very simple- at almost 80 years old I am slow and steady- still walking around the neighborhood on sidewalks every other day- not ready for sprints. Watching meals. Mostly this program motivates me to be kind to myself and keep moving. When it snows soon, I have a hardly used treadmill that is beginning to look interesting. Thanks for the subtle motivation.
