We have been in the photobooth business… We have been in the photobooth business since 2010 and have tons of booths from U.S vendors. Chinese vendors have monopoly on 360 booths. We ordered the booth in good faith and there was lack of communication on delivery. The booth was left outside in the rain and there was a big hole in the travel case. The water got inside the booth. We contacted the seller and were told they cannot do anything. We were asked to send photos and we provided tons but we never heard back from the seller. We will be purchasing more 360booths but we have chosen not to work with vendor for lack of quality and empathy.

Ipad Photo Booth, I5 I purchased an iPad Photo Booth with the LCD screen from 360 SPB. Summer kept me in the loop of everything and was amazing. My experience with them was also great and I have received the item and it works! I am looking forward to doing more business with them in the future and If it helps anyone, I received the item in Michigan and it took about a week or so after confirming the color and cut out I needed it for the photo booth.
