We have been in the photobooth business… We have been in the photobooth business since 2010 and have tons of booths from U.S vendors. Chinese vendors have monopoly on 360 booths. We ordered the booth in good faith and there was lack of communication on delivery. The booth was left outside in the rain and there was a big hole in the travel case. The water got inside the booth. We contacted the seller and were told they cannot do anything. We were asked to send photos and we provided tons but we never heard back from the seller. We will be purchasing more 360booths but we have chosen not to work with vendor for lack of quality and empathy.

Diligence & patience I really appreciate the diligence of Summer helping me through each step. I ran into a couple of issues that was very stressful due to my investment but she really helped me through it with her patience and good attitude! I got reassured of my 360 photobooth and feeling so much better about my investment and giving people a safe and fun way to engage in their photos!
