I had a problem with a cylinder leaking on one of the new trucks I recently purchased and immediately shipped me a new one and was very helpful in taking care of the problem.

$200,000 lemon truck.. 8 weeks since delivery Officially 8 weeks since our truck was delivered. It has been a complete nightmare for us. The truck hasn't performed even a 1-hour job. It has spent the entire 8 weeks since delivery under the microscope and troubleshooting at either Custom Truck Canton or the Ford dealer. 8 weeks and they've offered me nothing to help me perform my work, no replacement of the truck... THEY'VE DONE NOTHING. EXCEPT CONTINUE TO TROUBLESHOOT AND TROUBLESHOOT..... FOR 8 WEEKS!!!!! We spent $200,000.. that money is in your bank account. Meanwhile we have a $200,000 truck that essentially useless. Nobody has ever reached out to me besides the salesman. I'm constantly the one following up with them. Who the hell is the manager? Do they not have the spine to get involved and make a decision to get me taken care of. Are you just waiting for me to file a lawsuit? WHERE IS MY SOLUTION? WHEN IS THIS GOING TO END?
