It has spent the entire 8 weeks since delivery under the microscope and troubleshooting at either Custom Truck Canton or the Ford dealer. 8 weeks and they've offered me nothing to help me perform my work, no replacement of the truck... THEY'VE DONE NOTHING. EXCEPT CONTINUE TO TROUBLESHOOT AND TROUBLESHOOT..... FOR 8 WEEKS!!!!! We spent $200,000.. that money is in your bank account. Meanwhile we have a $200,000 truck that essentially useless. Nobody has ever reached out to me besides the salesman. I'm constantly the one following up with them. Who the hell is the manager? Do they not have the spine to get involved and make a decision to get me taken care of. Are you just waiting for me to file a lawsuit? WHERE IS MY SOLUTION? WHEN IS THIS GOING TO END?
