Still waiting to hear back from them... I've been a client of fastoolnow for quite a few years, I mainly buy supplies for my business and everything has always been smooth but this last order did not arrive correctly and received less than I ordered. Tried contacting them to sort out the issue but they I haven't heard back from there.

I performed the fix and unfortunately it did not fix the problem but it wasn't the fault of the product I didn't have enough material to complete the task. I ordered another kit and did the repair and two days after completion we had a major rain storm and not a drop of water. Great product and great company.
