Awesome Perfect! Item as described and fast shipping. Quality of tool great. Will definitely give it another shot with anything else I might need. I was able to drill underneath sidewalk with a milwaukee cordless angle drill in like 2mins. Got my money's worth and some.

Austin responded promptly to my inquiry… Austin responded promptly to my inquiry about RamBoard products. He knew exactly what I was looking for, helped me cancel an order and initiate a new one the same day and the product arrived within a few days as promised.

I needed an item ASAP I needed an item ASAP. Placed my order, and within a few hours received confirmation that my order had shipped, along with the tracking number. Arrived the following day, well packaged and accurate. I will use Fastool again when possible.

Fast service with attention to getting the details right I tried Fastool Now for the first time at the advice of a friend. The attention Nate at Fastool gave to making sure he knew what I was looking for was impressive on its own. But the speed in which he was able to find the items, get me the proper information and item codes I needed was over the top. I did not end up being to use the equipment he got for me but not because of anything he did ... that was on me. It was unfortunate but it allowed me to experience their return and credit process. It was every bit as satisfying as the purchasing process. I will be back, no doubt!
