Wish all companies were like them!! I have purchased hundred of tools in my 40+ years in construction. Some of which left a bad taste in my mouth with the service I received. Now retired and building the shop I always wanted it is a extreme pleasure dealing with the staff of Fastoolnow. Having read a few reviews that others have posted it seams like the is the normal for this company! They’re my go to place for tools and support. Reliable Vendor I purchased large quantities of Simpson Strongtie stainless steel screws and nails (of all dimensions and sizes) for a large deck rebuild project at our house in Hawaii. Still waiting to hear back from them... I've been a client of fastoolnow for quite a few years, I mainly buy supplies for my business and everything has always been smooth but this last order did not arrive correctly and received less than I ordered. Tried contacting them to sort out the issue but they I haven't heard back from there.
