MXI had a bad experience I had a bad experience, I had called for advice on buying a door controller and asked for an internet ready unit and was adviced a model that was not LAN ready. I ended buying an extra device and didn't make it. I had to buy a real panel and tried to returned it to JMAC but they never answer...I would not recommend JMAC and I already placed a complaint with BBB.

Ryan from JMAC helped us out and was absolutely invaluable in getting our return processed. Communication was excellent and Ryan let us know the progress at every turn. GBJMAC processed my order expeditiously… JMAC processed my order expeditiously which was unreal given this is the holiday season. My package arrived next day and I even had a customer service contact in regards to something I had asked about. TJ handled my order and was excellent. Will purchase from again.
