MXI had a bad experience I had a bad experience, I had called for advice on buying a door controller and asked for an internet ready unit and was adviced a model that was not LAN ready. I ended buying an extra device and didn't make it. I had to buy a real panel and tried to returned it to JMAC but they never answer...I would not recommend JMAC and I already placed a complaint with BBB.

GBPurchasing was fine, returning an incorrect part wasn’t good Customer service was great when trying to find a certain part we needed to repair our electronic lock system. Two things prevented me from giving 5 stars. The part was shipped from a warehouse in a small box with no bubble wrapping around the part. Unfortunately, the security company person we entrusted to fix our lock had us order the wrong model part. Due to this person giving us the wrong information, and the fact that he had tried to install, we were told by a JMAC customer service person that we couldn’t return it. The part was still in good condition, but weren’t allowed to return. This was very disappointing as with shipping, we were “out” several hundred dollars with a part we can’t even use.

GBImpeccable Customer Service I only have wonderful things to say about JMAC. Customer Service is impeccable. They go above and beyond each time I call about product availability. Most recently I called about an item that turned out to be discontinued, well the JMAC rep called the vendor directly and had new version specs for me within the hour. Five Stars all the way!
