Impeccable Customer Service I only have wonderful things to say about JMAC. Customer Service is impeccable. They go above and beyond each time I call about product availability. Most recently I called about an item that turned out to be discontinued, well the JMAC rep called the vendor directly and had new version specs for me within the hour. Five Stars all the way!

I had a bad experience I had a bad experience, I had called for advice on buying a door controller and asked for an internet ready unit and was adviced a model that was not LAN ready. I ended buying an extra device and didn't make it. I had to buy a real panel and tried to returned it to JMAC but they never answer...I would not recommend JMAC and I already placed a complaint with BBB.
