35” 360 booth, IPad LCD booth and Melody’s service I ordered the 35” automatic 360 booth, the enclosure, the led lights and the LCD iPad station. There were other items included as well. The product was customized and sent out in an extremely timely manner. During the designing and packaging of my ordered products, the customer service rep Melody was PHENOMENAL! She kept me informed of when the items shipped and let me know the day of arrival while following up to ensure they arrived on the said day. The only issue i had was the power adapter was faulty but melody came to the rescue and quickly reissued me a replacement adapter. Melody always responded quickly and helped any questions or issues i had! She is the epitome of what a customer service rep should be

Amazed! Happy!! Luna Go360Booth Luna and Go360Booth are amazing to work with! The professionalism and quality of work are top notch! We purchased both styles of booths and semi circle light up backdrop. The equipment is light and labeled with numbers for easy install. (360 platform is solid steel, but husband handles that part) 2 people easily had everything set up in less than 1.5 hours on first try! The pillow top encasement for backdrops are pure quality even down to the solid zippers and perfect fit! Just amazing craftsmanship and we are so impressed! Luna was informative, quick to think of solutions and things we didn’t even think of. This is a family business we are starting for us and we are about to change our families future! Customer Service is top notch Customer Service is top notch. My rep is Melody and she has been very responsive and so very helpful. I haven’t received the product yet but I received a mailing tracking number the next day after purchasing. So happy!! I will definitely be purchasing my next photo booth from this company.
