I only received 1 gallon of the cotton I only received 1 gallon of the cotton, spindle and detergent solution I purchased from egg crazy. It was in one package. I assume the other package containing the remainder of my order has been lost or was not shipped. Please advise regards, Michael McEwen.

When one of my items had an issue, they were there to quickly execute the return and exchange process and covered the shipping. I had trouble ordering with my phone on… I had trouble ordering with my phone on the web site. So some improvement could be had in that. The order was shipped right away but lost by FedEx. Your people were concerned and tried to help me find the shipment. After much searching my me and your people to no avail they reordered and shipment was received shortly after. Your people did all they could to resolve the problem and I appreciate that.
