After receiving a replacement draft arm… After receiving a replacement draft arm kit there was an apparent problem with the new seals sent with the kit that are to be used with the new shaft. I first spoke with Duane who referred me to Matt. Shared issue with Matt, including photos illustrating issue, who said he would get with his supplier. Called Matt Friday to let him know I haven't heard from anyone yet. Mat said again he would get with supplier. As of 12:00 noon, Saturday, April 18, I haven't heard from anyone. I can't give favorable rating to this order.

Essentially, they brought me to the precipice of the great beyond and introduced me to star light. The journey produced in me an unquenchable thirst which AgCrazy DID quench. Package had shipping damage / resolved quickly. The package had shipping damage and parts missing. Not their fault! They listened and researched. They got back to me a day later with the plan to ship the missing parts. They arrived the next day. No hassle at all.

Awesome customer service Fair prices and quick shipping. A typo was made in the shipping address. Unfortunately it wasn't caught until it was on it's way back. A quick phone call, issue was found and another set on it's way same day to not increase delay. Very good customer service.
