Prompt delivery and good DIY assembly. Packaging was secure. All the pieces were included for assembly. There was some inconsequential damage to sheet metal which I corrected myself. Good garden wagon with no-flat tires Good product - seems to be well designed, quality in the make, and delivered timely. Special kudos to whoever came up with idea to parts into "blister pack" that you open with the step you are on - excellent idea that keeps parts from being confused! My only disappointment was that the no-flat wheels are plastic and not rubber. This will tend to make deeper ruts in softer soil. But that isn't enough to take you down a star. Good work!
