Very friendly and very helpful making sure I ordered the right products...I had some questions about the right catalog numbers and she was able to get it right for me. The telephone reps are always very nice and helpful...I prefer calling rather than just ordering on-line and quite often, they are able to answer whatever questions I might have.

GBHighly Recommend for Eye Surgery Recovery My husband had eye surgery and the doctor's office included your brochure in our folder. We were not sure we would need the equipment but we're very happy that we ordered it. Can't imagine recovery without using the equipment. Ordered on a Thursday and had it on Tuesday. Free return shipping and very reasonable rental rates. Was able to speak with knowledgeable person each phone call and package came with clear instructions.

GBMine was a reorder Mine was a reorder. I order 3 sharps containers every order. It's easy to order online. But it takes a long while to fill up 3 containers. EMP makes that part of my life a pleasant experience.
