Misleading Statpack Title Ordered a Statpack from them that, in the heading, states clearly it includes the cells as seen here "StatPacks G3 Clinician Bag with Airway, Medicine, and IV Cells, Red" . When it arrived it did not have the cells. When you contact the company they quote a small line at the bottom of the page "contents not included" which could easily meant the contents of the cells. They only would take the return with a significant "restocking fee" deducted.

Every time I sent them a form they requested, they asked for a couple more. This went on for over four weeks until they finally accepted my application and sent me my product. While waiting for this, I sent all of my information over to EMP on a Friday, filled out their one form application to get controlled substances.
