Very friendly and very helpful making sure I ordered the right products...I had some questions about the right catalog numbers and she was able to get it right for me. The telephone reps are always very nice and helpful...I prefer calling rather than just ordering on-line and quite often, they are able to answer whatever questions I might have.

GBFast Credentialing and Shopping One of my original distributors had me jump through several hoops to get Midazolam for my clinic again. Every time I sent them a form they requested, they asked for a couple more. This went on for over four weeks until they finally accepted my application and sent me my product. While waiting for this, I sent all of my information over to EMP on a Friday, filled out their one form application to get controlled substances. It was all confirmed the following Monday, shipped that day, and received on Tuesday. Excellent customer service! Will be here again!
