Misleading Statpack Title Ordered a Statpack from them that, in the heading, states clearly it includes the cells as seen here "StatPacks G3 Clinician Bag with Airway, Medicine, and IV Cells, Red" . When it arrived it did not have the cells. When you contact the company they quote a small line at the bottom of the page "contents not included" which could easily meant the contents of the cells. They only would take the return with a significant "restocking fee" deducted.

Very disappointed Very disappointed. These are. devices for accident victims urgently needed. I placed order through Amazon for 34 Curaplex extrication devices. Six boxes with 4 each arrived by Fed Ex. As per your shipping it states that six boxes were sent. There were 4 in each box. We are missing 10 extrication devices. I will be filing a dispute with AX payment to you since Amazon does not know what to do . I hope we can settle this without further situations.
