GBThe first nutritionists drank water… The first nutritionists drank water throughout the session and seemed me an emotional eater which is fine, but I would have wanted her to substantiate her reason and provide a course of action other than a log which she forgot to send initially. Then the second nutritionists stated that I didn't need a nutritionist because I have the tools and techniques but I'm 50 pounds over weight. There must be something wrong.

GBMy experince wth NYNutritionGroup was… My experince wth NYNutritionGroup was almost good. I don't recall any major isues. The servce hadn't been brilliant or bad, it was just ordinary. I gace them 3 stars as that's how my experince made me feel. The weboite was easy to use and navagate but I couldn't customize my order as much as I would have liked. All in all it was an average experince with no major complains.

GBI had a great experience meeting with Lauren I had a great experience meeting with my nutritionist, Lauren, for the first time. She had a pleasant disposition, was easy to talk to, and I felt she asked the right questions to gauge what I was looking for from my nutritionist appointment. I think the service provided was great. Some suggestions on how to improve nutritionist appointments, I would say, would be to offer quick nutritional visual guides to new clients, that are quick and easy to digest and can perhaps serve as reminders to jump start new health/nutritional habits.

GBMichele Weinberg was an excellent… Michele Weinberg was an excellent nutritionist. Was patient and walked me through what a healthy lifestyle is. She provided a detailed nutrition plan and helped me to set new goals. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to change old habits.

GBSamantha reminded me I can do this! I walked into Samantha's East Meadow office a hot mess - it was raining, coronavirus was becoming more serious and my anxiety was literally racing through my veins. But the second Samantha and I met, she was just a warm, supportive and active listening presence - the other stuff faded. Her smile alone puts you at ease. She listened to my story, what I knew, what I wanted, didn't make me feel shamed when the tears fell from my eyes and supported MY VISION. not hers. I think the most important piece was her telling me hey - we are going to take this slow and it is going to be okay. It wasn't filled with expectations that would make me feel like a failure. - more like okay history shows you lose slow and thats okay - lets do this slow together. I look forward to continued appointments and all different types of success!
