The focus on long term lifestyle improvement rather that quick fix weight loss is refreshing as well. They had the flexibility and adaptability to work with my personal dietary restrictions.

The first nutritionists drank water… The first nutritionists drank water throughout the session and seemed me an emotional eater which is fine,but I would have wanted her to substantiate her reason and provide a course of action other than a log which she forgot to send initially. Then the second nutritionists stated that I didn't need a nutritionist because I have the tools and techniques but I'm 50 pounds over weight.There must be something wrong.
