I bought this saw because I have many DeWalt battery powered tools and it made sense to use the batteries that I have. When I received the tool I realized that it required the Flex Volt system which I did not have. I recommend a warning before checkout. I would not have bought it. I went back to the site and purchased the Flex Volt. Unexpected expense.
