GBOrder processing and shipping went…But. Order processing and shipping went perfectly. I bought this saw because I have many DeWalt battery powered tools and it made sense to use the batteries that I have. When I received the tool I realized that it required the Flex Volt system which I did not have. I recommend a warning before checkout. I would not have bought it. I went back to the site and purchased the Flex Volt. Unexpected expense.

GBcustomer service - have been a long time customer and have… have been a long time customer and have purchased many tools. shortly after placing the order, I was made aware of the same Makita battery powered lawn mower offered through Amazon for $60+ less and inquired if I would be able to get matching price (credit against the purchase). have communicated multiple times through cust service but have not resulted. ready to return for refund.

GBIt is a replacement for a 15 year old… It is a replacement for a 15 year old bosch impact wrench that quit working. I'll try to get the old one repaired but on this island I really need one.
