My opinion The item arrived in 3 days from being ordered.. The only thing that is upsetting is that within 2 days of ordering the Sun Joe tiller which I paid 159 + was advertised as 129+ and free shipping....

100% I’ve bought several refurbished Bosch tools from CPO and in each case I’ve been 100% satisfied with the entire transaction.

Poor Customer Service Took a full day to reach customer service. Poor connection, too much talking in the background. Tried to convince me that tool wasn’t really not working, somehow I wasn’t operating correctly. Did send replacement quickly. Replacement didn’t work either :(

Order processing and shipping went…But. Order processing and shipping went perfectly. I bought this saw because I have many DeWalt battery powered tools and it made sense to use the batteries that I have. When I received the tool I realized that it required the Flex Volt system which I did not have. I recommend a warning before checkout. I would not have bought it. I went back to the site and purchased the Flex Volt. Unexpected expense.
