Good customer service getting a quality issue fixed quickly Our ministry is building a auto repair facility to help people who cannot afford to get their vehicle fixed. The 2-post lift I selected was sold by a lot of different sellers including Home Depot but JMC offered one of the lowest prices and had good customer reviews. Nicole was my contact for shipping and any other issues. The lift was delivered on the day promised. There was a quality issue with one of the arms but Nicole contacted the manufacturer immediately. And followed up with me several times to make sure the manufacturer had contacted me. The replacement arm was shipped right away and delivered the next day. It was a relief to have a customer contact I could trust.

I decided to add an additional item to the order a day later and Laura helped me through that process - some places make this almost impossible. I purchased a lift from JMC I purchased a lift from JMC, installed it and about 1 1/2 years later had problem with a hydraulic line on the lift. Called the technical support group they helped me diagnose and locate the specific problem. They sent a replacement hose under warranty, installed it, no real problem, up and running in a few days. I was very please with the support and follow up I received. Stuff happens, when it does, it is nice to have the support and expertise I was the beneficiary of.
