GBI recently purchased a 134a recovery… I recently purchased a 134a recovery and servicing unit for the corporate aircraft where I'm employed. The salesman Mark Berrio was very helpful to me in selecting a useful unit for my needs; his help was very beneficial to the company. Very positive experience. The negative was that the unit worked for about twenty minutes before shutting down. Quick troubleshooting revealed a broken solder on the underside of the power cable receptacle to which I was able to access to re-solder. Problem solved. Not a shortcoming of JMC but of the manufacturer.

GBGood customer service getting a quality issue fixed quickly Our ministry is building a auto repair facility to help people who cannot afford to get their vehicle fixed. The 2-post lift I selected was sold by a lot of different sellers including Home Depot but JMC offered one of the lowest prices and had good customer reviews. Nicole was my contact for shipping and any other issues. The lift was delivered on the day promised. There was a quality issue with one of the arms but Nicole contacted the manufacturer immediately. And followed up with me several times to make sure the manufacturer had contacted me. The replacement arm was shipped right away and delivered the next day. It was a relief to have a customer contact I could trust.
