Everything like ads The VT-1 is everything advertised and specified on the website. I have tested both flow and O2 concentration percentage and they match the specifications. I did notice power consumption appeared to be only 50 watts when using 12-14v battery/car which is excellent and better than the 75 watts specified. I am thinking the 75watts is with the 120v AC power supply and you get some inefficiencies with the converter/adapter. The unit does live up to the 58db sound level specified, about the level of normal speech.

Excellent company. Fast service. I am very pleased with the quick delivery of the unit. It arrived well packaged and well protected from handling and the elements. As far as the instruction booklet, I found it easy to read and comprehensive, clearly illustrated and explained. I couldn’t be more pleased with my Varon Concentrator, It works beautifully and gives me the confidence knowing it is working to maintain needed oxygen at home and traveling. It was worth the price and I value it each breath I take. I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering a quality Concentrator for themselves or a loved one.

The unit died the light flashes the… The unit died the light flashes the drops off . Contacted the factory site they told me that unless I purchaseed the unit from their site they couldnt help me. i purchased the unit from ebay from a dealer I thought was autorized from Varon.

Poor Customer Service. The product works fine. It is louder than they state it is. The customer service is non existent. First off, they state if you pay with pay pal you get 15% off. Nope, didn't happen. Wrote the company, no response. I've written them regarding the machine being loud. No response. My o2 numbers improved. The product arrived quickly but don't expect any type of service.

The product broke down after less than 6 months Most of these reviews have to be bought. I purchased a unit a little under 6 months ago. It started over heating to the point of it smelling like fire about 3 weeks ago. I have not been able to use it since. Their customer service is obviously in some Asian country and they do not care, they provide no solution and no help. They just say they will give me a 20% discount to buy another unit. Why is this company selling in the US a medical device and they will not provide any support? The way this company acts I doubt this even produces any oxygen at all.
