A quality oxygen concentrator I needed a oxygen concentrator and went the usual route renting a less than quality machine supplied by the local medical company. The machine was old, heavy and noisy a big energy waster to say the least. Varon Oxygen Concentrator fit the bill. Very quiet easy on energy and light no wheels needed. Fast and fair company to deal with. The unit arrived very fast. It worked beautifully except I couldn't get it to work off the battery. It didn't seem to charge. I reached out to the company and they sent a replacement battery right away. It works great now and I appreciate the light weight machine. I went out with it today and everything worked just fine. I would recommend this to anyone in need.

Excellent Product Hello, My wife has severe COPD. Having both the room and portable concentrators has been, both upstairs and downstairs, has been a necessity for several years now. The affordability and quality of Varon's units have helped with the quality of her remaining life. Our insurance did cover one unit with a $26.50 copay each month. I cancelled the insurance unit after using one of our concentrators and verifying its quality and reliability for over a year. This has saved me money over the years.

I own 2 VP-1s I own 2 VP-1s; 1 VH-1; and two VH-3s. The value for the price was initially excellent. But after a few months the VP-1 started beeping, meaning "low concentration". I cleaned everything, still beeps. I switched to new tubing, still beeps. There is nothing wrong with the air flow, but it still beeps. So the good investment is now a waste of $600. I tried the customer service phone but mailbox is full. I filled out the service form yesterday, no response so far.

Great Portable at a Great Price I’ve had my Varon portable concentrator for a couple weeks now and I’m very pleased with it. I’ve borrowed a friend’s more expensive concentrator before and my Varon performs just as well and costs a lot less so I’m happy. The customer service is also very good. I really believe this company cares about its customers.
