Needed a concentrator that I could count on.... I was in need of a portable oxygen concentrator and the price was so much to consider, I looked for a long time and then came across the Varon, I weighed all the options and hoped it would do what it said it would hoping the levels of oxygen would be enough. So I purchased it and when I got the machine I had a doctors appointment, took it to the appointment and the doctor checked it out, also put the oxygen level taster on my finger, we did about 5 to 6 laps around the office first at a normal walk then faster up to a very fast speed walk and keep checking the levels and they stayed up to 92 to 93% at all the time we did this. I have used tthe machine for 1 1/2 months now and very pleased with it. The only thing is I wished they would put a longer life battery to the machine without having to purchase the longer life battery, because being on a very low fixed income money don't come easy. but other than that I am very please with the machine.

Poor Customer Service. The product works fine. It is louder than they state it is. The customer service is non existent. First off, they state if you pay with pay pal you get 15% off. Nope, didn't happen. Wrote the company, no response. I've written them regarding the machine being loud. No response. My o2 numbers improved. The product arrived quickly but don't expect any type of service.

Very quite device It took me awhile to use it I wanted to get extra O2 tubes and something to clean them with. It is quieter than I thought it would be - I was using the nasal cannula wrong no instructions for that - I love the machine it helps me almost every night, so glad I have it - I would suggest a different hose connector though one that is tapered so it is easier to put the tubing on bless youall.

Excellent Product Hello, My wife has severe COPD. Having both the room and portable concentrators has been, both upstairs and downstairs, has been a necessity for several years now. The affordability and quality of Varon's units have helped with the quality of her remaining life. Our insurance did cover one unit with a $26.50 copay each month. I cancelled the insurance unit after using one of our concentrators and verifying its quality and reliability for over a year. This has saved me money over the years.

Excellent company. Fast service. I am very pleased with the quick delivery of the unit. It arrived well packaged and well protected from handling and the elements. As far as the instruction booklet, I found it easy to read and comprehensive, clearly illustrated and explained. I couldn’t be more pleased with my Varon Concentrator, It works beautifully and gives me the confidence knowing it is working to maintain needed oxygen at home and traveling. It was worth the price and I value it each breath I take. I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering a quality Concentrator for themselves or a loved one.
