The affordability and quality of Varon's units have helped with the quality of her remaining life. Our insurance did cover one unit with a $26.50 copay each month. I cancelled the insurance unit after using one of our concentrators and verifying its quality and reliability for over a year. This has saved me money over the years.

The product broke down after less than 6 months Most of these reviews have to be bought. I purchased a unit a little under 6 months ago. It started over heating to the point of it smelling like fire about 3 weeks ago. I have not been able to use it since. Their customer service is obviously in some Asian country and they do not care, they provide no solution and no help. They just say they will give me a 20% discount to buy another unit. Why is this company selling in the US a medical device and they will not provide any support? The way this company acts I doubt this even produces any oxygen at all.
