Works as advertised Unit came in perfect condition, packed well. Instructions were easy to follow. Unit and remote work as they should. Oxygen level dropped too low while I was sleeping which is why I purchased the unit. This unit has alleviated that problem. I would not have a problem making another purchase.

Excellent! I could not be an effective commercial truck driver without this device in my SEMI. Everyday, I deal with altitude air pressure changes, dust, and engine exhaust exposure which effect my brain health during the 14 hour work period. Very quite device It took me awhile to use it I wanted to get extra O2 tubes and something to clean them with. It is quieter than I thought it would be - I was using the nasal cannula wrong no instructions for that - I love the machine it helps me almost every night, so glad I have it - I would suggest a different hose connector though one that is tapered so it is easier to put the tubing on bless youall.

Fast and fair company to deal with. The unit arrived very fast. It worked beautifully except I couldn't get it to work off the battery. It didn't seem to charge. I reached out to the company and they sent a replacement battery right away. It works great now and I appreciate the light weight machine. I went out with it today and everything worked just fine. I would recommend this to anyone in need.

I own 2 VP-1s I own 2 VP-1s; 1 VH-1; and two VH-3s. The value for the price was initially excellent. But after a few months the VP-1 started beeping, meaning "low concentration". I cleaned everything, still beeps. I switched to new tubing, still beeps. There is nothing wrong with the air flow, but it still beeps. So the good investment is now a waste of $600. I tried the customer service phone but mailbox is full. I filled out the service form yesterday, no response so far.
