They ship from china and won’t take returns. Buyer beware of this fraudulent junk factory

Response time for inquiries was quick… Response time for inquiries was quick and thorough. We did initially get a defective concentrator. The process for return and replacement was easy. As a retired corporate QA person, things do go wrong with products. It is the response to the issue that defines trust. Varon responded well.

I own 2 VP-1s I own 2 VP-1s; 1 VH-1; and two VH-3s. The value for the price was initially excellent. But after a few months the VP-1 started beeping, meaning "low concentration". I cleaned everything, still beeps. I switched to new tubing, still beeps. There is nothing wrong with the air flow, but it still beeps. So the good investment is now a waste of $600. I tried the customer service phone but mailbox is full. I filled out the service form yesterday, no response so far.

Very quite device It took me awhile to use it I wanted to get extra O2 tubes and something to clean them with. It is quieter than I thought it would be - I was using the nasal cannula wrong no instructions for that - I love the machine it helps me almost every night, so glad I have it - I would suggest a different hose connector though one that is tapered so it is easier to put the tubing on bless youall.

The product broke down after less than 6 months Most of these reviews have to be bought. I purchased a unit a little under 6 months ago. It started over heating to the point of it smelling like fire about 3 weeks ago. I have not been able to use it since. Their customer service is obviously in some Asian country and they do not care, they provide no solution and no help. They just say they will give me a 20% discount to buy another unit. Why is this company selling in the US a medical device and they will not provide any support? The way this company acts I doubt this even produces any oxygen at all.
