Small but good company. Small but good company. I chatted, emailed, and spoke on the phone with Mike and Shimon. Both were helpful. Their service was fast and responsive. I think they are smaller company, so they get away with being more frank in their communication which at first took me by surprise, but it turned out to be better than just getting form-letter communication without actual information. I'm happy I went with them. If it's helpful to anyone, I bought a BMPCC4k, and they are listed as a reseller on the Blackmagic website.

Great customer service, will work with them again. I placed an order with ProFlix and unfortunately the package was stolen from my door step on delivery (no fault of ProFlix). The customer service team went out of their way to help me track down serial numbers for the stolen items so that I could file appropriate reports.
