OUTSTANDING SERVICE and Price!!! I needed a power convertor for our Hollyland Mars 400s. I called over 6 distributors with no luck, they either said they did not have it or was not available yet. Found ProFlix and called Thursday morning, they promised to look into the convertor. Late Thursday afternoon, ProFlix called and told me they found the convertor, it was a new part sku. The price was much less than I expected and placed the order. Today, Monday morning FedX delivered the convertor. That is what I call OUTSTANDING SERVICE and reasonable prices!! You can bet I will be purchasing from ProFlix in the future. What else is amazing, is they really care about Customer Service. THANK YOU ProFlix!!!!!!

What more can you ask for from a reseller! Don't let the name fool you. They were the only online reseller selling the name-brand gear I needed at a reduced price. It almost seemed too good to be true, but after doing some online sleuthing and finding great reviews, I felt comfortable enough to try them. When I called, they answered the phone in person and provided exceptional service, getting my gear shipped to the Arctic the same day!
