The best customer service I have received in years I was shopping for a Davinci Resolve Studio License and I needed it that day. I don't live near any place that would sell the software and the closest was hours away and I couldn't afford the time either to spend the whole day driving to get it. Great service and fast shipping I've always bought my gear through places like B&H and Amazon, but I was looking to get a new control surface for color grading and neither place had them in stock. I found ProFlix through a google search and was a bit nervous about it because I'd never heard of them. I think they are smaller company, so they get away with being more frank in their communication which at first took me by surprise, but it turned out to be better than just getting form-letter communication without actual information.
