I'm not sure how to review my… I'm not sure how to review my experience. I ordered this backpack through my company website and the pictures and descriptions were terrible. So the one I got was not the one I needed. I haven't had time to contact your company to see how I need to proceed to correct the mistake. I'm sure that your website is much better at describing your products. So I guess someone needs to work with our web people to make it work better to prevent mistakes like this in the future.
