The knowledgeable technician helped… The knowledgeable technician helped calculate the size solar panel we need. The panels arrived quickly, now we are waiting for the batteries to come. Can hardly wait to be “off grid”!

No one accepted responsibility to help. Even though the packing sheet listed an instructions pamphlet was included in the package. There was no instruction pamphlet included with the shipment. When I called Specialized Products to ask for the missing item, I was told that the OEM was responsible for including the instruction pamphlet in the shipment and Specialized Products couldn't help me. I was told to call the OEM for help.

Waimea's service I had several questions and, both Bend and Texas were very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. The unit shipped and arrived as promised. I haven't used the unit yet, but appears to extremely well built

Outstanding customer service! I ordered 2 portable solar panels and some cabling. Since we are going thru a pandemic and we travel full time, we weren't sure how long we'd be at the campground we are in and if we'd get it in time. I emailed Billie and she assured me as soon as the credit card charge cleared they would ship it. And they did. Very grateful they're still working and getting things shipped out.
