GBI ordered a replacement Milwaukee multi… I ordered a replacement Milwaukee multi tool locking washer on the 22/03/24 to then be emailed on the 25/03/24 to be told its not in stock and they expect it to be with them by the 27th and was told it would arrive before Saturday. Never arrived still waiting. Emailed multiple times and nothing. If you need a part I'd suggest going elsewhere

GBGreat Customer Service - Highly Recommend I reached out to James for a small plastic part that had broken on our Makita router and with a bit of back and forth we finally managed to identify the pesky part. Really grateful he didn't give up on the task being that it is a low cost item, because without it, the router is pretty mush no use at all, so very much appreciated Thanks again James!
