Service as it should be. I had no idea what the bit I needed was called and James was able to work it out with all the info he has on all the tool parts he stocks. James communication with me went on untill half 10 at night to ensure all was well. Thats what I call dedication. Nice easy transaction...just as it should be. Problem on line I was having trouble trying to by an item i needed online but something went wrong so i phoned and spoke with a chap called James Duffin how was very helpful. First he checked to see if my original on line order went through he said it hadn't great, then he asked what i was trying to buy i told him what i wanted and he done the rest. Rare part...no problem Ordered a (difficult to obtain) lawnmower drive cable repair kit last week, wasn't in stock but great communication updates and fast delivery once it got to them. Fitted a treat. Highly recommended.

We now know where the Bosch parts ate James was exceptionally helpful he has a way of explaining technical terms in everyday lay man’s language he finds time that gives the impression you are his only customer of the day. This of course is not the case. Again Jame well done

Friendly, fast and helpful. James was very helpful and friendly, even answering the phone cheerfully at closing time. I had to make an addition to my order, having been advised that the part would take 5 to 10 days to arrive with them from the manufacturer.
