No Customer Service available I ordered a switch from them after Christmas. I ordered the wrong one and since have been trying to get a hold of them to see how to return the switch and get the right one. I have sent 6 emails to their customer service and I have attempted to call their customer service number several times which sounds like a standard cellphone!!! It rings, nobody answers and a standard voicemail picks up!!! I am so upset! I spent $193 and can't get a hold of anybody from this company!!!!!

Bought level 4 plates Bought level 4 plates, took two weeks to ship, gets here, promptly stolen (obviously not their fault it was stolen), tried to get in contact with them for a solid week but never answered, a few times it seems like they declined my call. Worst customer service in the industry, will never shop their store ever again.

Affordable, light enough, thin enough This lvl 4 plate is affordable enough for the poor's like me to get into the armor/PC game, without sacrificing weight or thickness. Only other options I found in my price range (I have bills and kids y'all) were steel. Glad I found these plates.
