No Customer Service available I ordered a switch from them after Christmas. I ordered the wrong one and since have been trying to get a hold of them to see how to return the switch and get the right one. I have sent 6 emails to their customer service and I have attempted to call their customer service number several times which sounds like a standard cellphone!!! It rings, nobody answers and a standard voicemail picks up!!! I am so upset! I spent $193 and can't get a hold of anybody from this company!!!!!

Good price, quick shipping. Good price. quick shipping. Plates are pretty much as described. I did research and knew what I was buying. They're listed as single curve but are actually double curve which makes them even more comfy. If I find myself needing new plates, I'd probably buy again.

The order shipped fast and kept me informed throughout the whole delivery. When I did reach out to customer service they answered within the day. The products arrived in great packaging with the items wrapped in bubble wrap. And the items were not handled inappropriately resulting in a flawless delivery. Not to mention they followed all of the precise instructions I gave them. Phenomenal service and company. I highly recommend shopping from here. They have great products at a affordable price. I ordered a K19 I ordered a K19 and selected 2 day shipping, but found out in the package tracking that it was not sent through the method I had paid for. I ended up getting the package after about a week and in the process I called to get a refund on the shipping. I talked to a rep and within about 5 minutes I had the money back. The guy that helped me was honest and personable. It was simply a human error for whenever they shipped it out. Turned a lame situation into a good one.
