Outstanding All the way around Our agency ordered two shields in late August while trying to spend left over funds from the previous budget year. I contacted the company and they worked with me to assure that the shields were invoiced prior to shipping, which is not their normal business process. typically they charge your credit card when the item ships so I was messing with how they do things. Within an hour they had done exactly what I had asked and sent me a "Paid invoice" which stated "awaiting fulfillment". Within two more days they shipped the shields and they arrived ahead of schedule. The shields are excellent quality and carefully packaged to protect them in transit. Got exactly what we "special" ordered, very quickly and the customer service/support was outstanding.

Customer Service Sucks! Where in the hell is the customer service? No response what so ever. Stay away people, you have been warned.

No Customer Service available I ordered a switch from them after Christmas. I ordered the wrong one and since have been trying to get a hold of them to see how to return the switch and get the right one. I have sent 6 emails to their customer service and I have attempted to call their customer service number several times which sounds like a standard cellphone!!! It rings, nobody answers and a standard voicemail picks up!!! I am so upset! I spent $193 and can't get a hold of anybody from this company!!!!!

Bought level 4 plates Bought level 4 plates, took two weeks to ship, gets here, promptly stolen (obviously not their fault it was stolen), tried to get in contact with them for a solid week but never answered, a few times it seems like they declined my call. Worst customer service in the industry, will never shop their store ever again.

Iight and priced well They arel ighter then plates 2 or 3 times the price. They are multi curve and fit well. Just wish they were nij certified rather then tested to standard. The certification goes a long way to adding legitimacy. Regardless, I would still trust my life to them based on what if seen them go through. 4 star because of missing certification. If you guys pay for the testing to have the nij cert you would only get 5 star reviews every time guaranteed!
