10/10 Highly recommend To be honest, I was kind of nervous when ordering from here due to all the bad reviews. But nonetheless I bought from here and I wasn't disappointed. The order shipped fast and kept me informed throughout the whole delivery. When I did reach out to customer service they answered within the day. The products arrived in great packaging with the items wrapped in bubble wrap. And the items were not handled inappropriately resulting in a flawless delivery. Not to mention they followed all of the precise instructions I gave them. Phenomenal service and company. I highly recommend shopping from here. They have great products at a affordable price. Really looking out for their customers. One of the most underrated companies in my opinion. Infinite stars out of five.

Ordering was simple and had no issues… Ordering was simple and had no issues placing my order. Received confirmation quickly along with shipping updates and tracking information. Package was delivered on time. Items were lightweight and my kids have no weight knowledge of the item in their book bags. No Customer Service available I ordered a switch from them after Christmas. I ordered the wrong one and since have been trying to get a hold of them to see how to return the switch and get the right one. I have sent 6 emails to their customer service and I have attempted to call their customer service number several times which sounds like a standard cellphone!!! It rings, nobody answers and a standard voicemail picks up!!! I am so upset! I spent $193 and can't get a hold of anybody from this company!!!!!

I ordered a K19 I ordered a K19 and selected 2 day shipping, but found out in the package tracking that it was not sent through the method I had paid for. I ended up getting the package after about a week and in the process I called to get a refund on the shipping. I talked to a rep and within about 5 minutes I had the money back. The guy that helped me was honest and personable. It was simply a human error for whenever they shipped it out. Turned a lame situation into a good one.

Iight and priced well They arel ighter then plates 2 or 3 times the price. They are multi curve and fit well. Just wish they were nij certified rather then tested to standard. The certification goes a long way to adding legitimacy. Regardless, I would still trust my life to them based on what if seen them go through. 4 star because of missing certification. If you guys pay for the testing to have the nij cert you would only get 5 star reviews every time guaranteed!
