Worst customer service in the industry, will never shop their store ever again.

The products arrived in great packaging with the items wrapped in bubble wrap. And the items were not handled inappropriately resulting in a flawless delivery. Outstanding All the way around Our agency ordered two shields in late August while trying to spend left over funds from the previous budget year. I contacted the company and they worked with me to assure that the shields were invoiced prior to shipping, which is not their normal business process. typically they charge your credit card when the item ships so I was messing with how they do things. Within an hour they had done exactly what I had asked and sent me a "Paid invoice" which stated "awaiting fulfillment". Within two more days they shipped the shields and they arrived ahead of schedule. The shields are excellent quality and carefully packaged to protect them in transit. Got exactly what we "special" ordered, very quickly and the customer service/support was outstanding.
