10/10 Highly recommend To be honest, I was kind of nervous when ordering from here due to all the bad reviews. But nonetheless I bought from here and I wasn't disappointed. The order shipped fast and kept me informed throughout the whole delivery. When I did reach out to customer service they answered within the day. The products arrived in great packaging with the items wrapped in bubble wrap. And the items were not handled inappropriately resulting in a flawless delivery. Not to mention they followed all of the precise instructions I gave them. Phenomenal service and company. I highly recommend shopping from here. They have great products at a affordable price. Really looking out for their customers. One of the most underrated companies in my opinion. Infinite stars out of five.

GREAT SO FAR GREAT SO FAR We went through 2 other companies before coming across Battle Steel. We were so worried our order was going to get canceled and then our doorbell rang today and the kids backpacks have arrived. They appear to be amazing quality. We will see how they do over time.

Outstanding All the way around Our agency ordered two shields in late August while trying to spend left over funds from the previous budget year. I contacted the company and they worked with me to assure that the shields were invoiced prior to shipping, which is not their normal business process. typically they charge your credit card when the item ships so I was messing with how they do things. Within an hour they had done exactly what I had asked and sent me a "Paid invoice" which stated "awaiting fulfillment". Within two more days they shipped the shields and they arrived ahead of schedule. The shields are excellent quality and carefully packaged to protect them in transit. Got exactly what we "special" ordered, very quickly and the customer service/support was outstanding.
