Excellent customer service and problem resolution. There was a minor mishap on the shipping date but I no sooner brought it to their attention that I received and apology for the mistake and a refund of the extra shipping I had paid for. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how they are dealt with them that makes a company worth supporting. Gorvex owned the problem and immediately fixed it. I will be shopping with them again.

Great place, great people! Hannah A. is absolutely the best. She helped guide us through the whole process of ordering hard hats and safety vests for our office. The products that they sell are top notch and the service even better.

Product was as advertised for the right… Product was as advertised for the right price. Only problem I had was no upfront price on shipping. The $15 for shipping was a surprise. If it had been advertised for a price I might have ordered more to avoid shipping cost.
