GBExcellent customer service and problem resolution. There was a minor mishap on the shipping date but I no sooner brought it to their attention that I received and apology for the mistake and a refund of the extra shipping I had paid for. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how they are dealt with them that makes a company worth supporting. Gorvex owned the problem and immediately fixed it. I will be shopping with them again.

GBItem was backordered Item was backordered, I had to call to find out that info. Customer service was great, I got an update and a credit on shipping for the inconvenience. Product shipped as I was told. Will shop with Gorvex again.

GBProduct was as advertised for the right… Product was as advertised for the right price. Only problem I had was no upfront price on shipping. The $15 for shipping was a surprise. If it had been advertised for a price I might have ordered more to avoid shipping cost.
