GBOrder did not arrive by estimated delivery date We based our purchase with Gorvex based on the estimated arrival date of the gloves. We ordered and heard nothing for a long time. We sent an email to find out where the order was and got a reply that there was a delay in shipment. We had not gotten an update on that until we contacted you. The order did not arrive for the project we needed them for. We were credited shipping fees which was appreciated, but unfortunately the main reason we ordered them was to use them for a specific date and project. They did not arrive on time for that.

GBExcellent customer service and problem resolution. There was a minor mishap on the shipping date but I no sooner brought it to their attention that I received and apology for the mistake and a refund of the extra shipping I had paid for. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how they are dealt with them that makes a company worth supporting. Gorvex owned the problem and immediately fixed it. I will be shopping with them again.
