Gorvex is excellent to work with!!!! Coat was as described. Price reasonable. Shipped promptly, and received quickly. I showed it to members of my Fire Department, and they like the jacket so well they are going to order several for members who need them for EMS calls and traffic control calls. Will definitely be shopping with Gorvex again.

Excellent customer service and problem resolution. There was a minor mishap on the shipping date but I no sooner brought it to their attention that I received and apology for the mistake and a refund of the extra shipping I had paid for. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how they are dealt with them that makes a company worth supporting. Gorvex owned the problem and immediately fixed it. I will be shopping with them again.
