service was good, but... service was good, but did not recive the right hard hats. They said it was MSA's fault.

Great Baskets I purchased these baskets to mount under the handles of my wheelbarrows for extra mobile storage of hand tools, gloves, seed packets, etc. the units are sturdy and well made, with a very good finish. They will be stored outside, so time will tell how long they remain in new condition. Gorvex provided an easy shopping experience. Shipping was prompt. Baskets were well packed.

Excellent customer service and problem resolution. There was a minor mishap on the shipping date but I no sooner brought it to their attention that I received and apology for the mistake and a refund of the extra shipping I had paid for. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how they are dealt with them that makes a company worth supporting. Gorvex owned the problem and immediately fixed it. I will be shopping with them again.

Order did not arrive by estimated delivery date We based our purchase with Gorvex based on the estimated arrival date of the gloves. We ordered and heard nothing for a long time. We sent an email to find out where the order was and got a reply that there was a delay in shipment. We had not gotten an update on that until we contacted you. The order did not arrive for the project we needed them for. We were credited shipping fees which was appreciated, but unfortunately the main reason we ordered them was to use them for a specific date and project. They did not arrive on time for that.

Nice jacket Jacket fits great as does the included liner. Just wish the liner was the same color as the hi vis jacket. The black color is nice but would be helpful if it was hi vis yellow as well
